damn. please find another solution for your hard drive mount
haha, I think your setup screams for a new case that better fits your needs. Why use the case's 'storage box' that takes up a drive bay rather than putting your hdd in there?
Just wanted to share the other side (the right) of the case with you too. Twisted PSU-Bracket makes it possible to place two SmartDrives on some very wobbly stuff to eliminate any vibrations. But still the seek noise of the Raptor150 is audible, I expected a better sound-performance than the Silentmaxx-HD-Silencer - but that is not really noticable.
Anyways ... to keep everything as clean as possible, some of the PSU-Cables were modified because mostly they were way too long or had a mixture of SATA and 4-pin Molex connectors on them (Enermax Liberty).

Dualbrain: Did you sleeve all the cables on the 24-pin or did it come like that right out of the box? :)
He sleeved them all :)
Bloody hands and a beautiful result for that work :D
Wow. That must have taken a lot of your time. But it turned out bea-uti-fulllll. :D
DualBrain, are you opitical drives resting on funky orange sponges?
Final Decision: no UV cathodes, but more Leds :D

Hi guys :)
The sleeving is bloody hand-made as peebee said, it took me ~5 minutes per cable (it is a hassle with the little ATX, ATX12V and PCI-E pins). I had a quantity of photos a few pages before - I think on page 260.
These are harddrives on the orange sponges - with zero vibration transfered to the case. I have cut them to thin stripes after this photojob, to provide a better airflow through them, it just resulted in a 1°C advantage.
awesome bundy!!!
Can I use these fan screws with the ThermoChill PA.120.3? A little bit OT, but it's okay for now. Isn't it? :p:
