Are you on any divider? By stock you mean 200x10? Can you show us how A64Tweaker screen looks like or list your RAM settings from BIOS? Do you only see errors in memtest? Is Windows very stable and just memtest giving you hard time?

Tried both Dimm1 and Dimm2 (next to processor) and Dimm3 & Dimm4. My old Ocz Platinum Rev2 2x512 work well. It seems to give error only in memtest86+. I played HL2 lost coast & Dod-source (only short time) and no problems.

well, mine are total garbage, looks like they are from the newest batch aswell..

max. i could get stable was 235 @ 3-3-2-x + issues when using dividers... Lower vDimm didn't help, only rendered more errors..

ZX is crap now..

well try 235 with 2.5-3-2-x and see

the chip is not doing really well at overclock now.....

hmm mine have been running 250 for two weeks striaght 3-3-2 2.75v at load (folding) and i came back one night and my pc was off, so i turned it back on and im getting crashes at stock speeds now

even 200mhz 3-3-2 crashes now, i have it running 100 mhz divider just to get my windows stable.

not sure what it is but this problem sure is strange.

So this is an odd issue, memory ran fine 250 3-3-2-5 for about 2 weeks. 2.75v.

now, 200mhz is no go, stock timings.

But, single channel is a go, im not yet sure if it will make 250 though.

G.S. Technician, any chance of pulling a set like you did before from a batch that is ready to ship out and give them a whirl? My ZX are still working like the day I got them (3 months ago). It would be a shame to see these sticks diminishing in quality.....

ops man, i should keep some but i really don't
take care of the 1st or 2nd batch.... they are really good ram....

i really hope 2gbzx is still like that but infineon let us down......

well 2GBZX is not really good for OVERCLOCK during this time!
but as it guarantee DDR400 2-3-2-6 for $194, that is a good price for DDR400

if you really want to Overclock, i can tell you something hideing under HX,
all 2GBHX is tested under DDR500 3-3-2-6 but it only rated at DDR400 2-3-2-5. from another thread you can see 10 sticks and all of them do over 250, although it is not guarantee at 500.... but it tested under 500

Ok, thanks. Yes my sticks are the easiest ram I've ever worked with, I will keep them until they burn out. So, the HX has a good chance of 3-3-2-x up to 250? How high will it hold 2.5 CAS? Thx....

Gskill technical support suggest using windows memtest instead of memtest86+. Why? They said it can give sometimes errors (mine gives few errors every time). My Ocz El Platinum rev2 dual memory modules dont give any errors...

In Windows, I also tried rmms (RightMark Memory Stability Test). I got few errors after two minutes. So these sticks must be faulty?

Im quite disappointed about gskill technical support in Europe. I havent got much help from them.

The 2GBZX & 2GBHX IC is different (Tech's words)..

ZX: BE-6 & HX: CE-6? :hm:

Same here windows Memtest is alot better. Detects errors when 86+ doesnt.

i use dos memtest to ensure that my memory is stable enough to make it into windows, if you are failing dos memtest and you still go into windows you can have lots of fun with corrupted hard drives.

If you run dos based memtest first you can at least hope to keep your windows install, and then use other stability programs from there to be 100% about your overclock.

well under memtest86+ is good but not the best!
i had many experience that memtest86+ gives error but under winodws is 100% stable. or memtest86+ is good but windows can't even load....

i had ran my old 1GBFF with 2.5-3-3-5 pass memtest86+ for 24hr without error but can't even boot into windows...

but if you have error under windows memtest, most the time it is bad!!
also i will inform G.Skill Europe about it. thank you for your advice

I run 4 hours Prime95 and everything was ok. I tried once again HCI memtest...http://koti.mbnet.fi/seas/gskill2.JPG, I forwarded this to Eurotech@gskill.com and they suggested to send RMA Request Form to G.Skill. I'll let you what happens.

Hey gs tech, i was just wondering what some baseline settings for these with the RDX200 are. Ive had a hell of a time getting them to run with it and ive searched a lot of threads on these IC and cant seem to find much.
