OK here's the real deal. And it's not a pretty site (at least I don't think it is). I think I had everything disabled during this one, such as DSl etc.

*** Remember If you attempt to submit that to my
PIfast site I'll Reject it ;) ***
We use Pifast version 4.1 as a standard ;)
The Download in my site uses a batchfile with all the settings
pre-defined.
The one above your reply is your's, it needed no values to be entered and pauses for the user to take a screenshot.
Sorry if i'm being a bit OTT ;) just like to make sure
the correct version is used I get a lot of submissions
where people either quote the series computing time
by mistake or attempt to slip a 4.3ver in though it does
show up, as the time difference is rather different to
the expected norm.
Luckerly most of the cheaters are 99% hotmail users :D
so its even easier to tell
I finally got below the 60 second mark :D

Somehow it's not very stable above 2400mhz
2500+ 0330 XPMW and epox 8rda+ 1.1 vdd@1.74
Corsair TwinX LL 2x256
I totally see where your coming from. And I want to ensure i have the right version. In fact I knew 41.23 seconds was too good to be true. (by the way is 50. seconds good?)Quote:

What I still don't understand is cheating? Why the Hell would people cheat on a practically random system? I mean it's really for the individual to look at and say, "Oh wow, doing this, and adjusting that, produced such and such a result..." It's amazing when people lie to themselves? If you were giving away Porsche's maybe I could see the motivation for the cheaters to come out? It's almost lke those people cheating on the Folding results? What in God's green earth were they thinking? Cheating cancer fighting effort. I can't even be mean enough to say; "Karma will get their arse, and they'll end up expiring from the very same disease. Had they not cheated, perhaps one more legitimate cycle would have broke the code."
Anyway I do appreciate your setting up this whole thing so we can enjoy it, and measuere our success. Thanx ;)
New score with 2.4c.
I need DDR for 5:4

Nice CarNababY:toast:
I have THE record, you now. But also worked with the P4@2.4
at that time I only manage to do 49.25
I think you can pusch the men a little more
;)
Well this is not spectacular or anything, but it is a bench!
I just got a 1600mhz Pentium-M, 1gig ddr Sony Z1 VAIO notebook and it hit 80.14seconds! This thing is pretty zippy!
EDIT: My overclocking rigs are on hold right now as I'm starting school pretty soon and don't have much time for it--plus I'm hooked on star wars galaxies. :P
I'll be back later with (competitive) results I'm sure! :)

3G ES at 13x312 DDR500 2-2-2-5, P4C800 with aircooled NB, R404ed CPU
macci your the King of Xtreme brother. Even if my Prometeia was up and running I'd never come close to that. Great work.
Durondude (also knows as JCviggen) managed to score 48.41 :)

GoT (Gathering of Tweakers) forum is having the challenge for a while now :)

just playing around with the "Opp" Bios for my MSI.
it certainly helped getting control of my Cas latency again ;)
my ram doesn't seem to wanna go above 225 at cas 2-2-2-5.
time to burn it in for a few days to fix that :)
this is pretty damn fast for a MSI.
Oh yeah, check out place no 13, i think it's a pretty fast bugger, just on air! :D :DQuote:

eg no 4, barton @ 2796 MHz with only 233 FSB getting sub 50:confused: . I would expect 51.5 sec or so.
I ran mine at 12.5x232 with 2-2-2-10 CPU Interface on and only got 49.99 sec :p:
Yeah well, if I run my benchmark on my Abit NF7-S 2.0 at 11.5x200 I get around 63.5 seconds, however a friend of mine has an ASUS A7N8X and gets 61.17 at 11.5x200Quote:

(edit: we both have an AMD 2500+ cpu)
The same memory timings and everything
Anyway, nice fight at the top, although it's still a bit quiet the last few weeks :D
I'm really expecting JCviggen or OPPainter, or even Macci to hit the 47.xx mark :D :) :stick:

-I have to have a new valve on my Prommy to get some more R404a on. For now only going 4200. Look forward to se the power of your R507 system
Be sure to vakuum well before you fill it up. -And cool the compressor well, its gets hot. Danfoss tells me that it only can work for some time. But is that minutes, weeks or months? -they can't tell.
And the PCMark2002 :toast:
Its close to D.J 's dry ice run, that must bee the "limit"
Tried once, but not god:(
http://service.futuremark.com/compare?pcm=1418998
only 10554 ....2! more have to gain some more load on the system...
Thanks Tom........ :toast:Quote:

Looks like I'm one of the very few guys achieving highest clocks and the fastest piFast time with a xp1700 in the waterchilling class, no pelt. ;)
Correct me if I'm wrong... you still 'must' beat Tom Holck's time of 46.25 right? ;)Quote:

Place your bets :D
