I have a supplier in the UK willing to sell me 2x1GB of DDR2 ECC for £12.50 per kit, but only if I buy 16 kits!

They are cheaper, but I'd probably rather buy them from the supplier I found.

Mainly because all of the DIMMs are tested and working, plus they're in the UK in case anything did go wrong.

667MHz vs 525MHz. Granted, this doesn't make an awful lot of difference, but still.

you need three eps connectors and one six-pin pci-e connector. mine pulls ~395W with the x800 in and ~375 with it out.

12v is next to the clip on EPS, and the opposite side on PCIe. Do the wires need flipping on the PCIe?

oh good question, i forgot to mention that the pci-e needs to be plugged in backwards. i thought it was impossible until i tried it, just force it in there, the plastic gives way no problem

why doesnt somone find 16/18pin male plugs.? so we can just remove pins from stock plugs and put em in those

why do all that when you can get a couple molex to eps adapters, plug them in and away you go?

Plus the best value and efficiency power supplies I am able to find have no wires attached.
