Looking at the available pics im still wondering how easy the screws that hold that down that are at the back closest to mob tray are going to be to get at with a normal screwdriver. Unless the screw heads are on the under side that is.

And yes i will be needing a lot of reassurance on this as i can not afford to make any errors in picking components that do not fit easily or at all, my last build was a total nightmare in the case i had it in originally .. and i lost alot of money in changing the case.

I don't understand what you are worried about. Just take that out before you put in your PSU and you'll be set. The screws in the back of the case will hold it in place fine.

Don't think that there are screws.
Or I missed them when i Disassembled my case and painted it...

Ive looked around at more review pictures and it would appear that there are no screws on the other side...

Ok one more question re the HAF 932.. last one i promise heh.

The tool free features on the PCI slots and the 5.25in bays, are they easy to bypass and use screws if needed, and if so is Coolermaster (if you will excuse the pun) cool enough to include a bunch of said screws in one of the baggys in the box ?

And yes i probably do ask to many questions, but if you had the experience i had last time around with a build in the way of case related experience you'd be a bit twitchy to.

Yes you can use screws in both areas. You have to bend the tab up that holds the small metal rod on the rear IO panel. That holds all the plastic pci hold downs in place. Below will be screw holes.

As to if they include extra screws I'm not sure I got mine used.

Yes, the case comes WAY more screws than you will ever need.

My glorious ''fugly'' dual-loop system in my HAF932! There is some true works of art in this thread... but mine is NOT! No bling, but crazy good temps for my ATI 5970 and my I7 920! And there was a truck-load of fun mounting that triple rad in the back of my HAF932! :)

One thing i forgot to ask is the matter of PSU cable length. It would apear that i would need a PSU with unusually long cables with the size of the HAF 932 being as id also want to take full advantage of the cable tidying slots on the motherboard tray and all as well..

In which case i have to ask am i out of luck with the Seasonic X-750 i have been looking at ?

The case comes with a pretty long 8pin CPU extension cord. I didn't need to use mine as it barely stretched around the back of the MB tray and over the top of the MB to plug in. The case should be compatible with just about any PSU. I would worry more about the compatibility between you MB and PSU than with this case. I hope that helps.

As i was going to get a mobo power extension kit to cover my arse anyway it was not so much that that was my concern.

My concern is more to do with 5.25 bay as id want to put optical in the topmost bay. and i guess fan power cable reach to.

X2! I'd scrap that thin exterior rad for something like an RX240 and mount it in the bottom. You just have to either modify the HD cage or remove it all together.

No need for "case" at that point. haha I think we just like to see everything inside the case with all the room the 932 has. Well taken criticism though. :)

Oh my god, found an auction with a Buy-Out price at ~€100 for a HAF 932, MSI K9N Neo, Athlon x2 3,0GHz (not specified which one) and 2x512MB DDR2 PC6400. Will take a ride and pick it up this weekend.

Hopefully this is more futureproof than my Cooler Master 690 which is abit "frustrating" to work with, HAF 932 seems to have tons of more space for cable-management etc...

Can't wait to install this beautiful case, the hard obstacle will be telling my girlfriend I baught a new case again after only a few months, I promised her I wouldn't. Should even out thou when I sell my 690 and the rest of the hardware I won that argument should work:ROTF::rofl:

Just received my last 2 fans and a Lamptron Fancontroller and I want to ask you guys about my fan setup before continuing, and I will be using 10 yate-loons 1350rpm.

Intake:
1 x 120mm front
4 x 120mm sidepanel

Outtake:
1 x 120mm back
2 x 120mm top

Cooler:
2 x 120mm TRUE vertically mounted.

Does this look alright?

I had 4 120mm Noctua fans on the side panel, but decided to replace the 220mm fan. I got slightly better temps and alot less noise.

I also insatlled an extra Noctua in the CD drive bays area.

Your setup looks pretty good to me.

Let us know what temps you get on things.

Has anyone found a decent way to filter the giant 200mm fans? I could only think of one way to MOSTLY filter the front, which was to put nylon around the metal grill bit at the front and screw it back in to its plastic casing. Photo when I get home
