You loose a little @PL=10 :(
I've get almost 9200 of Read and latency of 57,xx with my q6600 @ 3600MHz (8x450fsb) + mem @ 1128MHZ, PL=8

For the guys running 600 FSB stable, what RAM are you using?
For 2GB the Trancend AxeRam 9600+ is a must I think ;)
For 4GB, 1200MHz is very hard to reach.
600FSB/1200 ram is pretty hard to stabilize for a long time... I can do some Superpi runs 1-2-4MB, but all the others fail on me... running GSkill PC8000Hz here for benching... requiring 2.35 volts for 1200mhz 5-5-5-15 2T
Here's a screenie with 500FSB and 1200mhz on the ram... PL8

And 600-1200 PL13

But that's nowhere blend stable...
Thanks for the info. I'd never heard of Transcend RAM. I see they have a 1200 set but it looks like it's discontinued. If I somehow got my hands on the sticks, would 4x1 still be tough even though the RAM is rated for those speeds?
To add to Leeghoofd, I've also been able to boot fine with everything default and vNB 1.3. That's on 0702.
Currently: Arctic Freezer 7 Pro
Looking for: 24/7 Stable
Clock Speed: Well, when I bought the Q9450, I was looking for 3.2GHz - 3.6Ghz 24/7 Stable, and if I can get anything between that, I'll be a happy camper. (I bought the P35 P5K-E with the CPU, but RMA'd it due to horrible board layout & other limitations, and bought the P45 instead which released just the day I was RMA'ing my P35) Anything over that would be a bonus. I understand that on Air I probably won't get any further then that, which is fine. At this time I'm not really looking to spend on cooling, as I've just upgraded my motherboard, processor & memory.
In two years when I upgrade to Nehalem (or even Sandy Bridge), I'll definately move on to Watercooling - but for now I'm not going into that.
I do a lot of video encoding (hence the SSE4 45nm Quad), editing & a lot graphics work - so I'm definately looking for 24/7 Stable - not interested in benchmarking and stuff. I'd love to take it "as close as possible" to 500FSB, but considering my "on air" setup, I don't expect miracles.
On a side note: as far as Air Coolers are concerned, I was in another vast thread here at XS discussing them and pretty much the consensus was that none of them provided any "significant" improvement over the other - little +/- didn't really call for "replacement", which is why I really didn't bother replacing the AC7 Pro.
my result with E8500 & Water Cool

Can you run spi16m??I stopped on 6x565,but I thinkk this is the end of my e8500(will see yet),anyway im able to run most of the benches-not a spi16/32m
Orthos small FFTs no problem, but blend not stable.I was trying few settings with pl but no success :(
My Lanfest can run 630 5-5-5-5 2.19v,so that's not a problem...
Does Video Card installed in your system affect Overclocking in any way?
Lee , I'm ready to order a P45 board and have been trying to decide between the P5q Deluxe and the Maximus II Formula . What are your thoughts on these boards as I know you are testing the P5Q at the moment?
Buy the P5Q Dlx mate, board is performing well and with the cash that you save you can buy almost 4GB of PC8000 ram which will help ya to clock some more MHz out of ya CPU...
In belgium shops are expecting that the Maximus II Formula will retail just below the P5Q Premium around 210-220 euro's that's about 70 euro's more than I payed for this Dlx, a Mushkin or Gskill 4Gb PC8000 kit cost around 80 euro's here...
Thank you very much for the info and advice . I'll oder the P5Q and get some PC8000 memory then.
Venom-Crusher, what memory are you using men ? :D
someone already declined the 0704 to 0702?
I think 0702 it`s a nice bios
Regards
Any problems with the 0704 ?
I found that 0704 messes with the time in the BIOS on every bad overclock and pretty much clears the CMOS. And there seems to be a lot more 'bad' overclocks on 0704 than there is on 0702.
I don't think 0704 is ready for public use.
I think you are correct about the clear CMOS feature.
Back to 0702, after a forced bios restore :(
0704 is working fine for me , the only times I had to switch off the psu and then restart to post again was with very botched bios settings . I was also finally able to get past 453 fsb using 0704 bios with 475 prime stable with 4x1gb@951mhz , I'll be tweaking the ram more later but for now I'm too busy playing games without crashing constantly as was the norm with nvidia boards .
I think not, but ... is has been a problem downgrade to 0702?
When does the premium launch?
