I hope that my DS3 on monday arrive, then I will test my E6400 Step 5 :)

ok then...i can do 3.1 GHz w/1.31v :)

I guess i was a bit too optimistic ;)

What cooling are you on mr roadster?

66*C is a bit hot no?

Easy tune doesnt work on my rig, so i have no idea what my temps are :p:

K.I.T.T. Have you tried flashing back to the original BIOS, then install EASY TUNE, then flashing back to your current BIOS, F3 I assume?

thx for the tips. too bad my memories are weak. i had one value 2gb corsair ddr667 with micron chipset that can do over 800 but the other one with unknown chipset max around 700 only. So sad coz at first i got a pair of ram with micron chipset which can do 800 @ stock vdimm but suddenly one of the ram died. Send for replacement and get the normal chipset :(
now i'm running my e6300 @ 2.45ghz, 350x7 ram @ 700 5-5-5-10 :P and everything at stock voltage. while this speed is better than my opty 170 @ 2.8ghz (my daily use speed) but it just a waste seing 3ghz chip running at less than 2.5ghz :nono:

in the driver CD, it only has "Easy tune Centre" option :confused:

eh, issit all intel mobos dont have ram divider option to allow we running ram at lower frequency than the processor? like in AMD64? or it's just this gigabyte board?

All of them i think. Even on my P5W DH, the lowest it DDR2 533.

i use Gigabyte Rocket cooler 2 :rolleyes:

66° is not so hot, if it's stable, it's ok :)

is the cooler really hot ? It's probably not accruate

hey KITT you can do 3.3 on air with defualt vcore. so dont worry about it. 3.3 isnt an issue for vcore.
i can do 3.6 w/ 1.28 or slightly less.
vdroop on these boards is very small also which is nice.

461 fsb so far for me
not sure how how 5400UL will scale at 4-4-4-12 so I stopped at 461fsb primed overnight

still on stock volts

Have you guys had any issues with Northbridge temperatures? I am worried about this issue if I buy this mobo.
