My cpu utililization is bouncing at 100% then 12% 1000% then 20% every like other second??

It takes one to two days before WCG points start showing up. Each work unit taken in by the servers must be validated.
WCG updates member points twice a day. BOINC points are updated four times daily.
You already have BOINC points.

So if i get spare time i can ck to see if they are still good...When they crapped out the Post Number on the board started to do weird stuff...stuff i have not seen before and would not even post to BIO's. I tryed Bio's jumper, New power supply, vid car, memory....i was down to Mobo and CPU's for trouble shooting. Never occured that the BSEL mod was bad...so i changed the CPU and it fixed it...Rig was back up and running....
So from what i saw there is no Historical accounts that i saw about a BSEL mod Killing a Chip...but who knows...anything is Killable.

You need to get yourself introduced to a neat little program called RMclock.. I have been using that on Pentium M and Core based laptops for ages, really does wonders. It allows you to reduce the CPU's Vcore, thus allowing to run undervolted, same speed at immensely reduced heat output.
