Kain that looks like the car from the first Ace Ventura movie.
the one he beat the holy crap out of and drove around with his head out the window.
Quote:
Dan Marino: Hey Ace?
Ace Ventura: Yeah, Dan?
Dan Marino: You got anymore of that gum?
Ace Ventura: That's none of your damn business and I'll thank you to stay out of my personal affairs.
Dan Marino: You're a weird guy, Ace. A weird guy.
Sounds like the perfect place to take pictures.

Tracks by Bolweval, on Flickr
too bad mine dont look that nice.
its pretty nasty.
oddly enough its about 1 block from the police station and city hall (I am 2 blocks away) and the city guys dont do anything about it.
i guess they figure if you cant see it from the road why bother cleaning it.
and you cant, you have to walk over to the ledge and look down.
the tracks are a good 10 feet below road level.
i have taken pictures before, but they are blah...
What city do you live in?
cedar rapids, ia.
its actually hiawatha. ia but its part of the whole cedar rapids area.

Nice
thanks wevil.
here is another one. i believe i like this one better - i have about 43 different images of this fern.
that is to say 43 different photoshop actions.
the only thing i dont like about photoshop actions is that you cant go thru and pick a list of actions you want to apply.
so instead of me sitting here doing 43 individual actions (which is only a small portion of the number i have), i can just pick thru the list and it creates a image for each action.
frankly i wouldnt care if it took an hour to run them all.
i would run every one and save the images i liked.
but instead i have to do each and every one, one at a time... quite time consuming and tiring.

I like the second one better also, beautiful. I'm gonna have to give these "actions" a whirl, if I can find them.
Still not ready to get off the ground Kain Buddy ; )

Here Weevil, I'll get off the ground for you =)
EDIT: After working on more images I think that smudge may be a bug rather than a bird, the birds in the other pics still look like birds just blurred from their dive.
