Here is my current situation: Most system crashes/freezes are
accompanied by several WMIxWDM errors, Event type 122. Bus Interconnect
error. They occur a few times in a row before the system hangs up.
See bottom of this post for error details
To me this feels like an error on the FSB...it annoys me terribly
that I've got no clue what else could cause this besides the FSB GTL
reference, the FSB termination voltage and the CPU VCore.
My current board is a standard Maximus Formula V1.03 with Rampage BIOS 0308,
running a Q9300 at 3.26 GHz. 4x1 GB Corsair XMS2 DDR2-800 RAM
Another question: 1.40V FSB term. volt. are usually being considered the limit
for 45 nm CPUs. Does this refer to the ASUS' BIOS setting, or to the ACTUAL
sensor readings which are usually 0.08V below the bios setting?
