Lol thast teh thing - I have to speak to the supervisor cause everyone else paps me off and says talk to him and don't want to deal with me any more. He's moaning at Asus but doesn't sound like he's really lifting a finger. I just phone them every day and moan - still no further forward. Trading standards are about to get involved ;)

Yup, 308 definitely seems to be the best.
0308 has given me good bandwidth and a nice stable oc.
Here is 0308 and 0403 compared at 537 mhz buss speed on my system

I have been using 0403 for a good period, but 0308 seems to give a little more BW. Will try that for know and see if that also if 100% stable at same oc.
The ram i just running standard settings, have not tried tweaking timings lower yet

It's an Asus 3870X2 - they just called to say it'll be replaced next week so no free upgrades :(

Thanks alot. I love this mobo and can't understand all the flaming Asus gets on different forums. 537 mhz on a x38 chipset with 4 sticks of memory is very good i think, and the memory is just some cheap kingston pc 8500.Quote:
