At the above noted time there is no information on when OCZ will have any of the PC4000 EB Platinum 2GB kits available.
When there is any hint at a release date....I will post here.....if you don't see me post about such....then there is no new Info.
I appreciate your patience.
Thanks :)
Why is it that Newegg no longer shows this ram on the website either in stock or out? Is this ram gone for good or what?
Ok i finally got these EB's over HTT 305 :D i had to play around with timings a bit to do it but I did it, RyderOCZ have you ever got them too boot over 300 ?
there not Prime Stable but I can run Aquamark and i socred 96099 :D I am going to test them more to night but i think i can get them stable in HTT 292 with 180 Divder and my Multi at 10X on this 148.:woot: Oh and Im running only 2.8 v to them.
Oh yea and Im new too this 64 OCing so i hope this is a good oc.
You got a screenshot of the timings?
are you sure you mean that the memory was running at over 300mhz?Quote:

No it was with a 180 Divider and I got it up to 305 and 10 x not a 1:1 305 sorry I wish I could do that but I have never been able to get that high before so I was Happy :D I have had it at 275 HTT 1:1 on my 146 but this 148 does not let get that high 1:1 I am new to this stuff and learning every day on how to Overclock this thing.
no worries m8, it's a better overclock than i managed with my ocz plat eb 4000
my sticks suck, they won't go over 260MHz with either an opteron 146 or an X2 4400 :slapass:
I have got them too Post at 285 HTT 1:1 but they are real unstable they don't like it 1 bit :D its wierd this 148 does not like dividers at 11X but with 10 X it works great, don't know whats up with that. But with 146 it was prime stable at 275 HTT 1:1 10X I played games for hours and never even a Glitch.
what voltage have you guys found to be the optimal? I have mine set at 2.7 +.03 on my DFI board so it ends up around 2.72-2.73v. Just wondering what everyone elses results are. Anyone get higher clocks with more or less voltage?
Im at 2.7 more volts does not seem to help raising them on my oc, so i put it back down maybe they will last longer that way lol.
What are the optimal RAM voltages for you guys? Seems like 2.6-2.65V here is optimal.
I have been feeding them 2.8v to reach 280 htt.
Strange, mine seems to dislike anyting > 2.65-2.7V. It does 285 stock timings, though.
Guess I have to test that.
Are you using a Partion or is it 1:1 at 285 ? Mine was prime stable on my Opty 146 at 277 1:1 but with this 148 I just put in, I have had to drop down to 264 1:1 to get prime stable. But I can run it at 272 and play games all Night and not crash, but wont pass prime at that.:(
1:1. Still playing with it. Pretty sure 280 1:1 is 100% stable in Prime/games
they are back in stock at Newegg now if anyone is lookin for em...
They are a good price too 20 bucks cheaper then i payed for them.
