would you take the fets off and connect it to that? one to each vdimm fet?
No you can solder the Vdimm cable on any output Mos-fet's leg........ ;)
I could solder the +5v rail there with equal ease. Vdimm is adjustable up to 4.0 in bios anyway.. Or get a new PSU that will allow for higher voltage adjustments. The antec has trouble with the 3.3 as it is. Or maybe the heatsinks have to go... although they really do help dissipate heat.Quote:

Sorry to be :slapass: but any ETA, driving me mad selecting 3.6 volts and getting 3.46 underload :stick:
Will the maximzer stop the board from drooping?
If I run s&m memory test the volts drop to 3.46 from 3.6 (using modded 4v bios) my 3.3 rail stays steady @3.69.
Im sure this is holding me VX back
Hipro, out of sheer curiosity, any ETA yet on when we'll be able to buy this product from you? :toast: :toast:
edit: BTW hipro as I said in my last post, I will buy it but the price (not trying to get you to lower your price, hell no. I feel that people who work and have products that are good should be rewarded for it, and thats it. but the price will scare off some newbies. although thats most likly a good thing seeing as then you'll have less newbs saying:
"hey your product blew up my ram you own my new ram" ( :slapass: )
but you get my point.
But btw, I DO get dibs on a unit seeing as I'm a reseller hu? :p: let all the others here wait I just wanna get my hands on it :D ;)
You sleazy little geek :p: :DQuote:

That's one of its jobs...... ;) :)Quote:

Will this things work with the boards which have OVP?
yes but above your boards OVP it will shut the board down. you still benefit from stable clean voltages untill the OVP. to get past the OVP you'll have to do a OVP mod
Thanks enzoR for your help........ :) :toast:
Some UPDATES :
The front panel of the DDR Maximizer as you already know has a silver or a black aluminium "face"......This face is holded by two screws....You can unscrew those two screws and do as I describe below.....
NOW on the production of the front panel we have NOT soldered the Led Displays and the two colour (dual) leds and the reason of not doing this, is that the user might have bought a Maxi with a silver face and in the future he may wish to a. change the front panel's colour (buy a black face) b. CHANGE the Led Displays AND the two colour leds with some BLUE ones(as for the Led Displays) and some BLUE/RED dual leds(two colour ones)......That's the reason that we did not soldered on the front panel the Led Displays and the dual leds.....There have been soldered some "bases" onto the front panel so you can unplug/plug the Led Displays and the Dual leds AS YOU WISH...... ;) :toast:
EDIT : The Blue led displays and the blue/red dual leds you will be able to buy it directly from the resalers of the DDR Maximizer as a kit......
EDIT 2 : There will be some (limited edition) DDR Maximizers with onboard Blue led displays and blue/red leds......of course those will be a bit more expensive that the "regular" ones due to the cost of the blue led displays/leds.....
Resellers? Do you have a distributor and/or retailers lined up in the U.S.? :slobber:Quote:

Thanks Jeff
Just reading through the manual, the Abit Ic7 series will need the VTT PCB, right?
