to replace to fittings. Am I thinkin right or dose the alphacool come with 1/2 id fittings
those fittings are with G 1/4" thread, but swiftech standart is NPT!!!!!!!!
Actually, Swiftech uses 1/4" NPSM on their current blocks... it's more similar to G 1/4" than it is NPT (flat thread, o-ring sealed vs. tapered thread, no o-ring). Just remember, though...Quote:

Maybe I wasn't to clear.... I know about the Storm threads. What I would like to know is the diameter on the pump 1/2 ID or do I need to replace the fittings on the pump with
http://www.frozencpu.com/ex-tub-116.html
to be able to run the same diameter hose with a 1/2 Storm
Basically what is the fitting diameter on the pump couldn't find it anywhere....
Sorry just check my facts (the picture) and saw the pump is threaded for G1/4 fitting.....so I just answered my own question...yes
Always learning
Thanks
You can get the Pros and Ultras here.
They Also have the new Black Ice GT Stealth Rads!!
THermochill Who?
http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...dex&cPath=201u
I suggest u double check it before saying "thermochill who"... ;)
Joe Bar, how do you like your DDC Ultra? I see you have your inlet switched to the top, do you know how much that improved flow? I agree the GT is untested as of now, but we here in the US have a tough time getting Thermochills, or at least the 120.2. If performance is similar, and the price is half of a thermochill they will sell a lot here.
@ Skulldor: I doubt that you will ever see a cheap ThermoChill in the US. I'd get a coolingworks rad if I lived over there!
I love my Ultras! Small, quiet and powerfull. There's no real tests of the Ultra with top mounted inlet, but coolmiester over at Coolercases did some tests in this thread. SystemCooling did some good tests on a 10W DDC with top mounted inlet in this article.
I really like it! :)Quote:

According to radical bigt is still lower in performance than thermochill. But its price is quite lower also... ;)
Hi Guys i'm new here and hope you guys can help me to select the pump for my upcoming Conroe W/C Rig. :)
These are the parts i'm thinking of getting.
Aqua Computer Cuplex XT CPU Block (i know this block may not be the best, but i want to give it a try, have a Storm as backup as well ;) )
Aqua Computer Aquagra FX 7800 GTX VGA Water Block x 2 (for SLI)
Aqua Computer Aquatube Water Reservoir
PA 120.3
PA 160.1 or PA120.2
3/8" ID tubes all round
The configuration is likely to be :
RAD 120.3 -> CPU -> RAD 160.1 or 120.2 -> GFX -> GFX -> RES -> PUMP
Should i get an Iwaki WP-IKMD20RLZ or 2 x AquaExtreme 50Z?
Really appreciate any advise! :)
A PA120.3 is enough. Go for 7/16" or 1/2" tubes. I would go for the iwaki.
I got my RD30 paid for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO
now have to get to ordering the tubing, and the RAD.
for a pump, im happy with a Laing DDC with plexi, and with the feeding tubes drilled out to 8mm (i thinK?-)
its with a BIX-2, a DD TDX, MAze 4 chipset, and a EK 7900 block.
its running in a 48 hour water leak test ATM, and it looking fine, whick is a plus.
i need some help on the md-30
i need to convert 3/4 to 3/8
i have the converter present, but 3/4 tube dont seems to fit on the pump
looks like it need a thing that can twist on
any idea i can get that?
thanks
if your trying to convert 3/4" to 3/8" you should NOT be using a MD30...
ITS GONNA BLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :explode:
then its gonna be :surf:'s uP!
IWAKI MD-6N 100V, 22W, Max flow 8/9 l/min
Any wanna comment if It will work fine on a simple water cooling loop runing a dothan ???
whats its max head? heat dump seems kinda high...
cant find any MD-6N but the MD-6 has only 4.5feet!
I believe it's 1.4M MAXQuote:
