I'm sorry, but that sounds as if something just isn't right with your oc and since you tried around alot it sometimes helps to start again from zero, meaning setting your multi to like 15, set you bclk to 180, loose memory settings. Get your bclk in steps to what you want it to be (5MHz steps until 200, then smaller). When target bclk is reached, raise the multi until your target is reached. Last, get your mem up to speed. With what ever you end up then, should be stable. :shrug:
I'd try reflashing your favourite BIOS, clear everything and start again, not using any presets.
