As you can see in my sig, I have an e6300 @ 3500mhz 9 hours stable. I peak out the fsb at about 528mhz, but temps are too high. From the folks that own this board, would you keep my cheap S3 and be happy, or get the commando with a possibility of the same OC?
What P5B 4/5 bug? I'm running mine @ 424/1060 totally stable. While i've tested it up to 436/1090 and it's mem test stable but not cpu stable.Quote:

Thats the mem I have!!! Did you use single or dual channel? I'm wanting this board now... Did you use any advanced memory cooling?Quote:

@bazx: :toast: try some tweaks, you can reach 10.0xx sec with that speed :p:

Not to bother you, but did you have to vmod your board to get that vdimm? I'm guessing no. Looks like thats what is holding me back. I can't decide if I want to modd mine, get a p5b-d or wait for new BIOS's for this board...It never stops does it?Quote:

but tbh you only need vdrop to hit 5 gig as the m/b will give you 1.8
For me, do you think there is a reason to get a commando vs a p5b-deluxe?Quote:

I got problem when oc 1:1 with my E6300, even my Ram can do well at 1100Mhz , can not pass 490Mhz
What should i do ? increase more Vcore or NB Volt ect ?
I'm at 6x490 , Mem 1:1 5-5-5-13 2.2v
All Volts are at default
looks like a great board.
Jumped to Commando vagon two days ago (after AW9D-MAX) and this is my first result with 601 bios.

A quick test for 445FSB, 4:5 ratio :)
Can never be done by my P5B-D, it was sold.

@Dani: 516FSB is this Memory limit or mobo limit? What is your highest FSB on that mobo for superPI?
