Nice rigs guys! I won't show my entire messy setup just yet. I plan on doing a major overhaul in a few weeks so after that is done i will post pics. But i just wanted to share something i just did to my 8800GTS 640Mb. I was inspired by AriciU's custom videocard cooling so thanks AriciU and everybody in here that has posted pics. You guys have given me some really good ideas. :)
I strapped a 92mm Delta Fan + an 80mm TT SmartFanII to my 8800GTS hooked up to my Sunbeam Rheobus to kill the noise when not needed. My load temp went from 65C to 56C. :D I haven't tried to push it more yet but i'm hoping the core can go higher. Currently at 625Mhz, 630 locks up COD4 with stock cooling. :(
NP but it wasn't my idea. Stole it from another XS member who posted previously :D How's that 80mm Delta doing? Holy loudness. I remember i used to run one of those 24/7 on some heatsink called "The CORE" (huge back then) in my old Athlon TBird days :D It made so much noise i get goosebumps just remembering it :)
@ Joe
Holy crap, do you smoke inside the room? xD
first post, woot
here's my antec nine hundred, which i just received
stuffed everything inside right away and just can't believe how impossible it was to organize the wires
looks so messy
i'll sort it out, when my dremel arrives

nice.. but cable management :)
janno: tsssssss......
I know how you mean Janno, however mine are still quite tidy in my antec, even without a dremel :D
but i'm thinking of borrowing my mates dremel to cut out a few holes at the base of the mobo tray to feed them wires through..
Have you guys seen this case yet, its an Antec 1200, and does anyone know when its available on the market?? : O
http://pc.watch.impress.co.jp/docs/2...11/antec_1.jpg
Looks pretty nice imo
LMAO, btw, the twelve hundred doesn't look half as good as the nine
but i hope antec manages to do something about the cable management
the nine hundred is poo for that
btw, i want to have a watercooling system in mine, eventually :D
heres what I got so far, not in a case...yet ;)
120 Xtreme

Ahh, it's a 92mm Delta but it still screams! I have 1X140mm Fan(came out of a super flower psu),4X80mm Tornados, 1X92mm Tornado, 1X92mm Delta and 1X80mm SFII now and yes this thing is loud:D. But i crank up my stereo when i game so it doesn't really bother me. :)
@Peter Burg, nope haven't for 2 yrs. It's just that dusty in my room. Just ordered 2 dust filters for my intakes but still have the 140mm intake to worry about.
That Antec 1200 is gonna be my next case, i love how it is setup.
@=[PULSAR]=, i'm jealous...Thermalright FTW!
=[PULSAR]= is that p35 or x38?
@=[PULSAR]=: can you show a pic of the PWM area? that has always been my prob if i wanna change my NB/SB/PWM into Thermalright. thanks.

Running 4GB of GMH @1Ghz 5-5-5-15 and my E8400 at 4Ghz. Snappiest I have ever felt vista and I have not installed SP1 yet. Gonna start sime minor benching this weekend to see what she can do. Has been a LONG time since I have benched on air so I am kinda excited to see what it can do :)
I bought a really nice brand new OCZ ram cooler, but it almost comes in contact with my graphics card, without using the bottom clamp. Too close for comfort with it being metal

Nice setup and cable management ThatGuy16
Im interested in buying the same motherboard you have.Does the north chipset get hot at load? And the pwm area? Thanks.
heres a couple more case shots waiting on pump to run water lines and some PWM pics for emoners:D

Nice, are you going to volt mod the 3870s?
i can't wait to get my other card for crossfire. shouldn't be long :D
That's a helluva mess there what you have pulsar
no fan clips ? is the hr-05 a fan carrier now too, wow thermalright and their brilliant ideas. those don't look like the san ace i have.
shouldn't the psu be inverted since there is a vent below ?
thanks Pulsar!
here are some updated pics with the zerotherm nirvana with about .5mm to spare between side fan and heatsink  but i can no longer fit the ocz ram cooler on there, so i backed them down to 920mhz 4-4-4-10 with stock vdimm

http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...ermalright.jpg
Very nice motherboard cooling setup ,emoners. ( im still waiting for my TRUE :( )
Looks really amazing O.O. Two transpiper *thumbsup*
Thanks Kolapso & Tommy!:D was thinking of changing the heatpipe into Thermalrights as well but i just LOVE the DFI logo
Awesome job emoners
Excellent!
 Excellent setup emoners, do you see a difference in PWM temps with 2 transpipes versus one.
@Tommy_Hewitt, are you using a 38mm fan on that HR-03 Plus? I'm trying to figure out if i can fit a soundcard under that on a DFI P35 board. Not sure which one i'm gonna get yet. Nice setup and you too emoners! Thermalright and DFI go great together. :)
Thanks guys :D I did get these temps on stock settings...

of course...+10-15C had to be added to the bios after to make it more "real"

Very nice, RockfordFosgate :)
That's great news! I just bought a HR-03 GT to go along with a G92 8800GTS i got coming soon. I'm throwing my old Delta screamer on it too. :D I'm hoping to have my new build done next week so i'll post pics soon.
RockfordFosgate, that looks nuts but awesome at the same time. :D
Thermalright City! AHA !
loved it
Yeah, our population si growing by the day.:D
34 & 46c is idle or load ?

with Noctua fans! :D great combo Ar3s!
thanks emoners.
fixed the fan issue. added the san ace at the bottom to point upwards and push air thru the heatsinks. works great at 5volts.
all your missing is the thermalright ram sinks
im moving my room around tomorrow so ill post a pic of my new lian-li a71 w/ noctua fans ;)

Wait... you noticed that I have no fans attached to the case? Geeze... you're observant!!
http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/1...0214631dm0.jpg
So now what? A heatsink shot? Finee....
http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/5...0214428gn3.jpg
I'll be nice... I'll show you where I hide most of the PSU cables. Keep in mind this case has nearly no space to hide cables, unlike many of your Silverstone, Lian-Li, and Cooler Master cases. Then again, none of your cases have the monster fan.
http://img229.imageshack.us/img229/9...0214523ii8.jpg
Specs in signature. Only major change between the current and those pictures is that I have the heatsink mounted at a 90 degree angle (CCW).

More shots like this!
guys can you suggest a 92mm fan? would love to get Noctua but atm there are no stocks where i'm at. & no leds please. thanks :)
Anything with Twin Ball Bearing.
Zalman ZM-F2 is okay..i got it in the other rig and it blows like sting but is not so loud..simple, black and effective.
@Brian MP5T & mad_skills: Thanks! will look into it :)
Cleaned up a bit more in my Antec P180-case. :)
http://img181.imageshack.us/img181/9772/mg4718xs1.jpg
Cable management is very easy in that case, plenty of space behind the mobo and nice cutouts for the 24pin and 8pin power, the older p180 was a pain in the ass, but the p182's are alot better
Great cable management Sagart
Taylor, your 'rig' is obviously the best looking one on this forum! ever!
ahhahhahh
Just got these on a few days ago, wonderful gpu coolers (excuse the watercooled cpu)

The Noctua fans look amazing, btw does the hr-03 need that many fans ?
yay 100 pages as soon as i get a camera i will put pics of my pc
@Origin_Unknown, why do you have a fan ziptied to the TRUE? Do the fan clips get in the way? Got enough Noctua fans? :D I should be getting that mobo by the end of this week and i'm hoping i can mount my TRUE like that too. Sure looks like a tight fit. I got an extra 12cm fan sitting here and your pic just gave me an idea on what to use it on. ;)
its got a 120mm and a 80mm - the 120 is over the main body of the heatsink and the 80 is blowing onto the pwn area. When i didnt have a case the pwm's got hot and i've just not bothered taking it off again
it's zip tied because the chipset cooler leaves about 2/3mm gap with the true mounted so the clips would have a problem fitting.
the noctua fans are ok, not what i expected but i might get one for the hr-03-plus to make the set complete ;)
oh? whats the idea :D
It took long time to make it looks like this :)
http://img99.imageshack.us/img99/8610/picture018yz7.jpg
Do you guys think that the optional asus fan is a bad idea there ?
my x1900 crossfire:

Take the blue sticker off the RAM cooler and it will look even better
