Hi guys! My X1800 XL ATi Original retail
works fine at 628 (1.225) / 730 (1.9)! No artifacts, but my CPU too slow for this Video card ... Only 7800 3Dmarks05 :-( My only hope to increase results - Cat 5.11
White : and what computer you have? and system? Windows XP + SP2?
Man makes me really want to do more OCing of the video card.... Grrrr
But waiting til I get my new CPU OC'ed and stable :)
Whats your CPU speed and specs of system? Put those into your bios for future reference to us at least.Quote:

So is .25 beta 9 public yet? I know this has nothing to do with this thread, but I had no where else to ask :P
Spajdr: what voltage are you going on gpu, mem, and io?
z00mX : at 700/1600 it was set 1.35V, mem 1.95V and I/O 1.9V
Interesting that for 680 only 1.275V was enough.
Beta 9 is still not public. :(Quote:

how do i stop this? is it CCC thats reverting to stock?
The overclock util does not save settings. We have to wait for something like ATI tool to remember settings.Quote:

In default voltages (GPU: 1.1V, RAM: 1.9V) i achieved 560/1160 MHz stable. If I rised up the GPU's and RAM's voltages by 0.1V (GPU: 1.2V, RAM: 2.0V) i could reach 600/1400 MHz stable!:) No game artifatcs, no Mother Nature bugs, the card roxx...But if I close my PC case, the stock cooler isn't enough though (the card reached 87 degrees and put a Blue Screen Of Death), but If I open the case, everything is fine. My question is, that If I'd buy a Zalman VF700-AlCu (or Cu) cooler, how many degrees could be the max GPU temperature if I close my case? Thanx for the answers:)
Congrats on the OC. As for tempature, no one can say for sure but its a good drop. It all depends on your case airflow and such. Mine, i run at 625/750 (see sig) and i get roughly 62C full load with both of my CPU's under full load also. In games I might see mid 50's.Quote:

hi lads, i got a club3d one A14 core etc. I am having LOADS of problems. First of all some of the tests 01,05 dissapear from screen , it goes black while the bench continues to play(i know this because the card fan continues to spin). Sometimes i get a message on the monitor that says i need to lower the refresh rate to 60mhz, me having a TFT 17. In colin mcrae i am getting after some 10 mi9nutes an error message that says something about z-buffer underrun , C++ problems. In 3d mark 05 spme tests do not appear too, while other appear on screen. it seems like it cant show some tests on screen , but it does complete the tests!. also in aquamark i am getting a fatal error in the end. i am really am pi***d off with these , the drivers are the ones the cd had. I am not having artifacts at all and talking about STOCK frequencies. My rig is DFI NF4 ultra +3800@2650.
Firstly, get the new 5.11 cats as the drivers on the cd suck balls :p:Quote:

I got 2500rpm with zalman and if i set gpu to 710Mhz with 1.35V it goes up to 74C and thats too much, thats with closed case. If i put to 640 and 1.25V its max about 60C. Still .. i got sometimes lock up and vpu restarts video adapter, quake IV is fine, but world of warcraft just hate when applying AA6x, it randomly lockup with many people on screen, could be weak psu :mad:Quote:
