what are the best settings for this ram when used with a dual core opty, I see everyone using different tref values, right now I am using the 200 MHz 3.9us setting, what is the best setting to use.
Thanks,
Chris

im using the recommended Tref of 1552.
anyone tried these on the ASUS A8N32-Sli Del ?
thats what i am running right now with an opty 170
I'm using tref 4708
Is that why OCZ used to grind the chips down so no information was printed on the chip, or was that for technical reasons? I bet you're recycling all the dead Ballistix RMA's for this stuff.Quote:

is it worth buying these? can i run them @ 200ddr cl2 on a divider?
need a quick answer - have to make a decision now.
thanks
mine run fine at 200mhz 2.0-3-2-6
Why not buy PC3200 2-3-2-5? I don't think these can run 2-2-2-5 without insane voltage, and I've been reading up timings don't really matter with 64bit.
trying to get my x2 stable at 2,6. not sure if i will be satisfied with PC3200 running at 216mhz.
+: where i live they sell the pc3200 for 280€. i can get the pc4000 for about 300€
maybe i will stick to my 1gig plat2 instead and wait for
M2 and ddr2.
Must be nice, I can't find these anywhere:(Quote:

this might be a long shot but ill trade my 2gb ballistix tracers for anybody willing to part with their OCZ EBs. The damn tracer leds annoy me.
I have heatware at "aldy402"

anyone know where i can find these babies in the belgian region (belgium-holland-germany) at a reasonable price (and in stock?)? saw them somewhere for 446 € !!! that's just insane (but the site says they have stock, pcgate.nl)
another question: i have the A8N-sli deluxe. Any experiences with this board vs this mem 'cause i see a lot of dfi-lovers here :) . I'm looking into this ram since the max ram-voltage is 3.0 and these seem to be doing just fine at values below that and at good timings. Would only like to use them at 1:1 at around 255 mhz (my san diego 3700+ does 2805mhz at 11x255 but with a 166 divider on my current corsair ram)
thanks a lot for your replies
Gotta tell you guys that OCZ tech. support is the best ever:clap: :toast:
Thank you OCZ
