yes Tedy, 4.1 are TCCD's ! i got 2pcs 256mb here (not dual pack), and its running 289 2.5-3-3-7 1T @ 2.9v :D - think they can do more with higher voltage :) . PS : in your country, they still have the 4.1's ??Quote:

got my A64 rig up and running and so far its allowed my Patriot to pass memtest @ 285 but im still trying to figure out all these timings!
ive got an Gigabyte K8NS ultra 939 and a retail 3200+. Its nice to have ram that allows me to find the max of me cpu 1:1.
anyone got a screenie of some decent tccd timings for say 260or so using a64 tweaker? im really overwhelmed by all the timings is all :D

ad Geil UltraX PC4400 (Geil UltraX PC3200, just at CAS 2.5 7-4-4 PC4400 550MHz DDR)
it´s tccd

A week or two ago i bought a 2x512mb kit oc-wear tccd series from mindfactory.de for 206€ (oc-wear's own shop sells them for 219€ o.O), it has 449 tccds on brainpower pcbs (808). No chance to test it, yet..
After doing more research and talking with the Ram Guy i found that Corsair 3200xl rev 1.2 IS TCCD but DOES NOT use the brainpower pcb. It uses a proprietary PCB made by Corsair, the same stuff they use on the 4400**.
Don't think this one is on the list... (I did searches for model numbers ect and checked the confirmed list...)
Wouldn't you know it! I bought ram and wasn't even looking for TCCC and found some!
Anyway... It's Patriot PC4000 512MB kit (2x256MB) CL3-4-4-8 Model#PDC5124000ELK
$78.59 http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProduc...220-004&depa=0
It goes up to 250MHz but I can't boot if it's not set at 3-4-4-8 (Crappy I know... not my system or RAM ;) ) I'm stuck at 2.8V on an IC7-G for now.
Chips are:
SAMSUNG 443
K4h560838F - TCCC
H56 8 CFI590HBC (same on all 16 chips)
Here are some pics I took...

http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...id=26421&stc=1 <--Is this the BrainPower PCB???
I was hoping someone could tell me what these are capable of. How much voltage can/should I give them??? And are these on the BrainPower board?

Here you are. ;) -> www.oc-wear.de
I can confirm that kingston value line is indeed TCCC and at $113. US for 2 x 512mb sticks its not to bad. rated timings are 3-3-3-8 @ ddr 400 with 2.6v will do 2.5-3-3-7 up to ddr 480 with 2.8 v but its no where in the league of TCCD. For the money you can prolly pick up Muskin blue line UTT and run tighter timings though at a cost of 15 dollars more. I took the chance hoping they would clock higher than my infineon or run tighter timings at DDR 400 but once again my infineon proves to be my best bargain bin memory to date.
Pay attention to page 1 first post and you will see TCCC listed........Quote:

XMS-PC3200C2 Rev4.x Samsung -5 TCCX (TCC4 or TCC5 or TCCD) (9 sticks)
All 3200XLs and 4400C25s are TCCDs.
I believe Shikatronics Xram High Performance pc4000 3-4-4-8 also has TCCD chips in it

Geil ultra X or Corsair XL or Ballistix?
Which memory is the best?
Geil ultra X - is no longer TCCD, so avoidQuote:

Geil Ultra X PC3200 is BH-5 now but Geil Ultra X PC4400 is TCCD 100%.
I have tested both and the second has reached DDR 600 at 2.5-3-3-7 2.9v.

I am gonna be able to get a geil ultra x pc3200 which is dated october 2004.
Those are more likely to be tccd right?
