guess i shouldn't try it with my 6970's then lol.
I've had it at 4.5ghz on an older bios though. Just wasn't worth all the extra heat for negligible gains imo.

I did that until I was up to 1.45 v and I only got more unstable. so now back at 1.4 v and is at least running longer then 1.45
i currently run 4,200mhz this are my settings.
i tried +4.4 before but it needs a big jump from ~1.35v to above ~1.45v to start becoming stable @ 4.4 and above and temps reach 83/85C so i put the idea to rest.
