hmm, this controller 3520 have pcie8x = 8x500MB per line = 4GB/seg, ok ?
you have 4x SSD read 250MB, RAID0 = 1GB/s
because reason does not reach up to 1GB/s your bench ? Max 860 in HDTune :(

I just installed 2 15K Seagate 73g
Gb drives and my numbers are just slightly higher than yours. Are there any tuning parameters anywhere in the Marvell SAS raid?
Also HD Tune has a burst rate of only 85mb/s but HD Tack gives results similar to yours. Any ideas?
