Whee Hooo! At least 10th place is right. ;)

Ass!
Meh, behind Dave AGAIN... high time for that 2nd X5680 to come back online :shakes:
My pie days will be ending for awhile.
Moving the AMD MC system into Meshmesh's name where it belongs.
Can't say enough good things about that guy.
Then my X5680's are sold and flying off to Japan on Monday.
Let's say the gentleman "made me an offer I couldn't refuse";)
I have a pair of E5640's that will do into the SR2 board and should do app 60K a day so not a total loss.
Maybe if I'm lucky I'll still see a piece of arse pie here and there..

No rest from eatin' some pie yet
Congratz to pirogue for clinging to the ass pie :D
pirogue's a Klingon?
What happened to our prolific pie picture poster? I'm 6th today.:D
:YIPPIE:
Edit: I just noticed I'm probably talking to myself.
Thanks
Congratulations to Sierra for wrangling some PIE from this bunch of PIE Hounds.
I'll be back in the pie hunt within a day or so, I just need to quit tinkering with the SR-2 and let her work :)
Looks like its going to be a good day for Pie!!!!
Currently sitting in 8th hoping to overtake MM before the end for 7th ;)
Sunday Pie; looks like MM will hang in the 7th spot and SB gets some arse pie.

Oh yeah, I gotta watch out for that one :)
High time my SR-2 came back from Eddy...
mmmmm I love golden pie ;)
I prefer Blueberry or Lemon tart
Stats seem to be temporarily down; good enough for me to snag some lemon today :)

Nice, light blue pie? Congrats all
Nice SAM, looks like you added a new WCG rig or two.
And Congrats to usz for getting some PIE!
Thank you kindly!
Congrats usz, you have most definitely kicked it up a notch, great numbers

That's a big dump you had there Otis:D
Yeah... Sorry bout that. :sofa:
Was hopin you guys could pass me with the night update. Took a 4 day weekend to go home for the 4th and the first night I'm gone my internet went out. Reconnected last night at 11:30 my time.
Hopefully I'll be there on a regular basis in 2-3 months, but not right now. :shakes:
http://i399.photobucket.com/albums/p.../Pie/7-8-1.png
Pie is pie, however gotten
I know this is an early update but I was happy to see my first glimpse of pink pie ..... although I am very sure it will be gone at days end :(
http://www.straferight.com/photopost/data/802/Pie1.JPG
Yeah it's long gone now ...... I dropped down two spots into gold pie now, but pie is pie.
Around here, pie is an interesting, but faint, concept for most people!
http://i399.photobucket.com/albums/p...t/c8668db4.png
10th is still good enough for pie and much better than 11th or 12th :)
Nice going there people!
I'll have to withdraw from the pie race for a while, I'm afraid.. heat is getting pretty high around here, and my housemates have been complaining about the extra heat for days now (35C+ in the living room ain't for everyone), so I had to power down a little. This heatwave shouldn't stay on long though, so in the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger:
[funny Austrian accent]
I'll be back
[/accent]
I feel ya, it was 104 and 105 here last week and a cool front brought us down to the mid 90's. And I am not talking nice dry desert heat but humid, cut it with a knife heat. So I have shutdown my rigs for now until this passes. I am in the process of testing the i7 920 that I got from LU523, seems like a real nice chip.
dak, what the hell are you running over there?
I have come to the conclusion that Dak is like the Willy Wonka of crunching with several hundred umpa loompa machines crunching 24/7. Low cost, high output, cheap labor
I'm just hoping to one day get the golden ticket, until then I'll keep picking up crumbs of pie ;)
Congratulations guys, looks like some mighty tasty PIE.
Congrats to Fallwind on becoming the new owner of the team's overall key lime pie ( ie leftside pie )! Heavy, consistent crunching.
Well done!

 Fallwind, superb dedication.

Who are these w0en and usz characters?
I haven't been around as much lately, but don't remember seeing them here.
I joined the team a few months back for Movieman's big points challenge. Have been on WCG since June 09 and BOINCing Rosetta and a few other projects for a few months before that. I'm pretty much exclusive WCG for a year now, chasing badges and improving my number positions on WCG. I have been replacing my BOINCfarm fleet of mostly old Dell business GX P4 Northwood and Prescott machines I bought off Ebay last summer with some newer stuff. Run both Win XP and Linux crunchers. I thought I was a big time cruncher until I got to looking around the XS forums. It was a humbling experience. Unfortunately for me and my credit card, I live 45 min. from a Microcenter. I was trying to improve my team stats for XS and surprised to get pie a couple times now, I figured some of the regular eaters must be on vacation or too hot. Everything I have is factory air cooled and bone stock speeds, that was the next phase I was looking to start this fall to dabble in OC'ing some of the new rigs.
Welcome Aboard w0en, great numbers !!!!!!
I'm new to the team and joined while hypnotized by MovieMan as well
LOL
(*hic*)
Did I correctly just count 25 machines all returning points from your DC stats?:clap:
*edit

Welcome Fitseries!
That could well be - I don't run that many all the time and I no longer have enough power to run them all at once, but I do exercise the old ones once in a while to be ready if someone asks for "everything including the kitchen sink"! There has been some recent new project activity and I needed to throw more crunchers out there to get a new badge color, some recent BETA activity as well. Many of my old Dells no longer get WU on the newer projects because they only have 500 meg memory. The old ones take so long to finish a WU they are good for badges that count time in hours crunching and in the meantime I was trying to improve my # of results returned score. PPD and PP watt are poor on these so I was adding multicore rigs to improve my score while decreasing my utility bill! It's hard to spend upgrade money on old used memory for a P4HT space heater rig or increase a core 2 CPU from 1.8 to 2.66 when I can get an AMD 2.8 Athlon II 630 X4 with a free MB for 90$ at Microcenter! So far I am having the best ppd luck with an i5-750, seems to be better points/core than the i7-930's, remember all are stock speeds yet. In the plastic bag yet from last Friday another Athlon II 630 X4 and another i5-750. Other than the 3 Supermicro Sossaman servers I got off Ebay I haven't had the time/$$$ yet to move into the multichip serverboard arena, but I am casting covetous eyes towards certain folks with SR-2 rigs!

Here's Sundays hallowed pie:rolleyes:. But no rest days for the crunchers:shakes:
After Dave's challenge I got removed from the first page and just when I thought my days of cleaning the tire tracks off of my back were over.... here comes USZ! He's moving up in leaps and bounds. :D Nice rigs btw, usz!
You guys just wait till I win the lottery!
http://i263.photobucket.com/albums/i...ummm/28710.png
Woo!
My best pie ever!
YUM! :D
0o0o0oo look what an SR2 can do :D
w0en, sorry i took so long to notice you, but :welcome:!! my goodness, you got pie a few times on all stock machines . be sure to learn to OC them, you lose nothing, but can gain more pie. many here are more than glad to help you learn to OC . and if those pci-e slots on your board are not filled yet, be sure to take a look over at our GPU folding or crunching forum. it's quite addicting also
ryan, your one SR-2 gives you pie?? i have 4 i7's and a bunch of little machines, but i'm nowhere near WCG pie yet :(
EDIT: oops, i forgot you also have (or had) that 980X. btw, did you get it RMA'ed for a new one?
http://i602.photobucket.com/albums/t...9/06bfef12.png
Forgot just how good blueberry tastes:rolleyes:
