The lens in the above shot is a Canon EF-S17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM, not a macro, but can get pretty close. The macro I use is a Canon EF-S60mm f/2.8 Macro USM

Weevil that is a dried leaf still on the branch in my front yard, I have no idea whay I took the pic but once I started playing with it I thought it looked pretty cool.
