Weevil thats lense is the Sigma 150mm F2.8 DG APO Macro, lovely pice of glass but it's a bit heavy for me handheld I can see the tremble or I've got the hippy shakes :) They have bought out a version with optical stabilisation.

It's not the greatest shot ever, but that's not the point. I'm trying to recreate the feel of the old diana cameras.
Kain, what are you doing to get that effect?
You go to Vasona a lot, we were just there thurs.
Lets see I played with the curves, added a bit of red around the overexposed sky to simulate the film burning, then added a light leak in PS to the left side.
Some EK blocks sitting patiently waiting to be fitted.

i sold it, got myself back on track, got some other stuff, got screwed once AGAIN by the mfg and their half a$$ed quality control... and now its all for sale. (only 2 lenses were flakey but after talking to nikon's #1 repair center manager, and hearing what he told me about how 20% focusing tolerance is ok, i have decided i dont want a product from a company who says a 20% focusing tolerance is ok)
20% at 1 inch might be ok, but 20% at 1ft, 6ft, 50ft... no,,, not ok.
anyways, i am doing 1 of two things right now....
1)stopping photography all together and finding something else to do with my money... i mean time
2) I am going full frame and back to canon. i am done messing around with crop junk and being treated like i dont know what i am talking about by manufacturers and having to send gear in twice just to get the issue fixed.
i guess using a FF camera makes the manufacturer think you are a serious photographer and they fix things and make sure your taken care of. lol.
so i will start small and do a 5D classic and a 50 1.4 and 85mm or 100mm and see how i like it. to 50 1.4 and 85mm or 100mm on the 12mp sensor will work great. since its well within the optical means of the lens.
i am not invensting all my money into something i may not like, or something that didnt give me any better results.
i had a chance at a LNIB 60D today for $800..... 350 shots on it and i didnt do it,,, thats how bad i want FF.
here is one just for fun. - used some CS5 built in HDR trickery
used the wifes Lumix DMC-ZS3

Come back and join us Lestat, miss your wonderful shots.
You would love shooting a FF, I used the 5D classic for a couple days and it made me yearning for more. Although it is much slower then the 30D that I used right before, the "feel" of it is astounding.
If I ever have the chance to go FF, I would get a nice 17-40L and then a Sigma "Sigmalux" 50mm 1.4 to go with it.:)
