Well it does not matter what I do, or in what slots I put the memory.....my computer will run and then just suddenly reste itself, and start giving errors. Put one stick in and I have no problem, not even running games for hours on end..... But I'll try the 704 Bios, that you MadMikeSS

Nope...BIOS changed and still the same..... I'm sure it can't be the memory that's faulty, I mean why work if I put in only one stick....

Just got mine.
They do 240mhz 3,3,2,5 @ 2,6v on a 3200+ and Asus A8N-E
Won't run higher mhz, won't run cas 2,5 but I'm happy with it.

I eventually found that the RAM was Memtest stable at 250 (passed the complete test suite overnight with no errors). At 255 the memory would happily pass test 5 all day, but got errors in test 7.

The timings for this stage of testing where the same as used by G.S.Technician in his first post.

Therefore you can add me to the DDR500 3-3-2-5 crowd :toast:

I'm sorry but being memtest stable doesn't even mean you can boot into windows. Memtest is USELESS for testing windows stability.

Did some more testing with my ZX and it looks too good to be true.:) Can´t run 1:1, couldn´t even get to windows but with 166 everything was perfect, Vdimm is 2,7v in bios.

i'm running these in a dfi 875P-T with a 630 and a rokin water rig. ill post some screens when i get off my ars lol...

so far 260fsb 2.9v 3-6-3-3 been running and gaming for about 4 days i still havent rebooted yet lol... work to much ugggg...

Got these 1 month ago. Haven´t had the chance to test max 3d but i will in the next couple of days. Going to run some prime as well.

i plan on trying them in a AS8 soon and will post with results.

anyone interested in 2 gigs mmmm GET EMMM i'v run 3 different brands and alaways end up selling them and going back to my patriot 600 or the adata 500 both in 2x512 flavor but these Rock...

Well thats good for your adata's, GS.tech recommends no more then 2.8v, maybe 2.9 for benching, not 24/7.

Finally got mine in today and so far they are running great. I haven't had a chance to max them yet but I am currently running my opty 170 at 10x265 with 9/10 divider and the ram is at 240htt 2.5-3-2-8 @2.7v.

yup, thats the idea behind these IC's, youve got to lower clocks when you are in 3d...

Nice ram but for some strange reason it dont start at 3.3.2.5 timings, at 2.5 its maxed on 2.8 volt 245 mhz, but it cant do 3.3.2.5 timings at 245 mhz.
But no problem 245 mhz at 2.5.3.2.5 timings is very nice :) I will max my cpu now, (308 X 11)

:( the memory cant work on any divider :( if i do divider on 166 it just don t boot ? any know what the problem can be ? i use 623-3 bios.

hmmmm i try 166 b4 works on DFi Ultra-D mobo. i am going to try it now and see the new batch can do 166 or not
