I got too excited with the build each time and never stopped to check, sorry :o

My guess is it's a week 30 something chip as it came from the first batch of 3500's to arrive at OCUK..

Hello all, I'm a new member! Cheers! Jasonhk, what bios are you using and what thermal paste? My temps are all over the place!! I have gotten to 2.6ghz (260x10) and 2.7 (270x10) but can't gain access to my email to post pics. Unfortunately, my 2.7 isn't stable but I think my chip is a good one! I'll try to post pics asap. Highest oc w/ my mem is 285x9. Check it out.

45° Full

i now got to 2650mhz with 1.6vcore. (3000+)
super pi 1m = 0.32.
not stable but pretty nice clock for boxed cooler.
i'll try to get it stable.

OK, This is my first post on this forum so hey guys :)

Just gave my athlon 64 a good kicking and this is what I have got:

System Specs:
AMD Athlon 64 3200+
ABIT AV8 Motherboard
Corsair XMS3700 RAM (256mb, looking ot get mroe in future)
Radeon 9800Pro Graphics Card (128MB DDR)

Settings that I used to gert that result:

I dont know how much I can get out of my system without damagig it in anyway... Shall do some more experements later on.

You got a very nice cpu but your superpi score is a bit low, try to disable all unnecessary programs.

why does you cpu-z shot show 1.4vcore?
it says below 1.75vcore.
38/s pi is pretty slow for your setup and OC.
i got 35/s with my 754 setup :stick:

Hey Guys,
I have a few glitches with my system. If I overclock it to anything more than 2.5GHz it will just restart itself. And for the cpuid result.. Im not sure why it didnt update the voltage on there....

I have just flashed my BIOS and managed to get it to do that superpi in 36 secs instead of 38 secs but restarted itself just after taking the screeny :(

I hope I can get these minor glitches fixed soon...

How much VCore are you feeding your cpu?
Can you post your memory timings as well? Maybe the settings are to thight and might cause the reboots.

Hey Guys,
I just looked at my corsair RAM stick. The only thign that I saw which kind of represented RAM timings as this: 0439083-10
Maybe there is a piece of software which can find the RAM timings and allow me to alter them?

I still have lockups, though :(

Whats your vdimm? Try to raise it.

Currently to 2.8V :) I always have the VDIMM at 2.8Volts when overclocking so it stays more stable at higher FSBs.
