Nice, very nice. Btw, Bullit, I think it looked A LOT better with the Lian Li case instead of the CM Stacker. Just my opinion.

Tim, that's a very organized and clean setup! Props!

Bacon,
The rad is holding up well. I don't know the exact pressure, but if you don't secure the tray to the case, it may bend slightly at the corner of the tray. I put in my motherboard after I attached the rad setup to the tray and it fit fine, so no warpage happened. The PC65 mobo tray is surprisingly durable and strong.
The only problem I have right now is taking the side panel off. I need to unscrew the tray from the case and slide it out about 1 inch before I can take off the side panel. I saw this problem in advance so I left extra length in the res-to-rad tube that snakes under my cpu block. If you look at my "teaser thread" you will notice the tray is slightly open and that tube is taut.
This is the first WC setup I did - about a year ago.

Biggest suprise: I was getting bad temps
Bad temps?! Wow, with a rad like that? Maybe a pump that can handle something like that is in order.
Usama aka Ferrari Freak
this pump can defenetly handle it. must be something wrong with the block I think
The pump is dumping about 3x more than heat than it should be. Get rid of it and get a pump more suitable for that application, like an Iwaki MD20RZT.
Oh go on then :p:
Here's my *nearly* completed project, just waiting on getting the front bezel painted silver. My full log is here if anyone wants to have a read :D
Once I'm finished I'll post some much better pictures for you all :) Here's how it looks at the minute.

open case, taken by a webcam at night.
Well, I finally gave up on the nf3 Ultra-D so I made the switch to the nf4 Ultra-D and PCI-E 6800GT eVGA from my AGP 6800GT eVGA card...anywho, I just got it set up last night and only let it bleed for about 30 minutes or so, hence the reason for bubbles in the T-line as it's not 100% bled yet, also sorry for the xtreme closeups, but my computer is in a tight squeeze so I'm not even aiming, just holding the camera about 8 inches away and clicking lol:

I was finally able to make a better turn from the graphics card to the T-line...my previous two setups had the tub coming from the right barb and making a weird loop which cause me to have to make a window in my sidepanel that extended off the sidepanel just to make room for the curving tube lol.

My first case-mod, water cooling, phase change (built a few rigs on air though)
@Leeum - the interior of that case is just beautiful. you did a GREAT job on the aesthetics in that thing. this is about what i want my case to look like on the inside. so pretty /slur
@cinOxen - you did a marvelous job fitting that rad into the window the way you did. what kind of molding is that around the window?
