Yeah I had this before too,no screen at all.I just moved it to another slot,maybe fresh bios install may fix it :shrug:

Dropped these in today, Corsair Dominator GT 2000 CL8, 2400 8 11 7 28 @1.85, cant seem to get them any higher.:confused:

Never really tried Memory overclocking, so a noob at this i'm afraid, don't know what this kit will be capable of, any help and guidance would be much appreciated.This is what I have so far,one thing I am unsure of is Dram boot voltage, and Dram eventual voltage.

jeje enjoy the power PCS and the Asrock Z87 ;) put it up to 2600 give volts dont worry till 1,9 is ok put a fan over them

i got Z87M OC Formula and asus maximus VI gene

i just want to have 4.5Ghz 4c8t stable on this motherboard

on gene to be stable at 4.5Ghz i put 1.34V on cpu > linX 0.64 > ok and OCCT for 1 hour
on Z87M OC i can t be stable at 4.5Ghz with 1.38V ! ?

can you help me please ?

thats very weird bro as on the Z87M i get less volts to be stable...but maybe the gene needs lower ? i didnt test a gene...

did you see what LLC you where using on gene to comparte to the Z87M ?

That is LinX 0.6.5

Did you try 0.6.4 on ASRock? or 0.6.5 on ASUS?
Would be better if you have a screenshot of the ASUS' run as well.

andressergio > on gene i put 1.34375V and LLC to 5 but on gene , she have 8 levels LLC and final on HWmonitor i have max Vcore to 1.36V

owikh84 > on gene i test with LinX 0.6.5

loadline calibration applies to vccin not to vcore,so it won't affect what you see in cpu-z vcore tab.Vcore is now regulated by internal FIVR

THAT i didnt know till now it was always for Vcore...sorry then for the wrong answer

Alex-Ro > are you sure ? i don t know, but in Hwmonitor , the Vcore is impacted by LLC mode 1 or 8

at 4.5Ghz if i put 1.34V on Vcore in bios and LLC 1 : in load i have 1.334V
at 4.5Ghz if i put 1.34V and LLC 8 : in load i have 1.402V

VCCIN : is CPU input voltage and this option is 1.75V allways

can you tell me more about LLC please ?
