My new 1090T BE,
although it is stable, i have not done prime for 8 hours ...

Just 90 Minutes should be enough and if i dont see any crash in the next 2 weeks while gaming or encoding i personally declare it stable.

So what's up with those errors from only one certain core?
I have mine stable at 4ghz with 1.4v, but everything over that gives me error on core 6 after 8 hours or after 12 hours of prime blend.
It seems that Blend test with max available ram selected lures out those errors quicker than standard Blend test.
My cpu temps are ridiculously low at load(checking by the air coming out of the water rad) so it pisses me off that one core can f** me over like that :D
by the way I will post my OC tomorrow after I finish y-cruncher stability test.

North bridge under 1.5v :) 3200+ passes but wants a lot more volts.

Cooled with a venomous X and 2 1200rpm thermalright fans.

Very nice chip Cartago but please tell me what ambient temps? Any please try Prime blend instead of large FFT's.

hdd & gpu are 19c so prolly a few degrees cooler than that, i think when i used to have 120mm fan blowing right over hd cage my hd would be around 5c warmer than ambient but im not sure anymore.. now its up in 5.25 bay with 0 airflow and damn thing like 100f at all times lol

It was only 14 ° in room, and Prime is yet "In-place Large FFTs"

Even though that is pretty cold for an ambient temp it still is a very nice OC. :up: I bet it won't do Prime blend though, large FFT's is not too hard on the CPU itself. Small FFT's is the hardest where blend, as the name suggests, is a mixture of large and small FFT's. I find blend to be the best as it tests CPU, CPU-NB and RAM all in one shot.

Ah ok custom, sorry i misunderstood. Then why mot just use Blend? It's pretty much the same as your custom setting. Anyway, fantastic cpu and overclock then!

Zeus, custom in prime95 let's you select more ram than on Blend test. That helps to root out any eerors quicker than blend test ;) Though I don't think Cartago selected more ram.
When I was stress testing mine, with blend cpu would hold 8-9hours and then fail. with custom+ almost all my available ram my cpu would fail within an hour or two. Though, in order this to work you need to make sure your ram is rock solid ;) Nonetheless, great chip Cartago.
