I think we will be going with aluminium, but steel may be an option. As for finish, I think this will probably be something you can stipulate when ordering. I can't promise anything, as I am not the manufacturer, but if it's bare metal you want, painted or powder coated, I'm sure some arrangement can be made....

i'm not gonna lie... the back of my brain has this huge pulsating "about to explode" hardon for this here case design of yours...

i've got to have one in black for sure! if you'd like, even though i'm a tad new here, if ya get me the design specs i can try to find a shop around here that can piece that monster together. i'd LOVE to have me a case like that fo sho!

Just wanted to say that I love this case. Almost everything about it is perfect from a WC perspective. I would love to see it in production. I had drawn something up similar except I did not have the top area for a rad up top. I had my bottom area wide enough to accommodate 2 120.3 rads side by side, both blowing air out of the case. I also had a front 120mm fan blowing into the rad chamber. Regardless, great job and I look forward to seeing some updates.

Not sure if this has been said/asked before, but would there be choice in inverted/normal ATX? I'm actually not a fan of inverted ATX, it looks like the GPUs are going to crash down or something.

Sorry I haven't been posting, absolutely snowed under dealing with things on the home front. I still want to get this case built but, yet again, it seems like I've been let down. There's been no communication from the company that was supposed to be building it, for months. So I have now entered my design into the Phobya competition at Bit-Tech and keeping my fingers crossed!

I wish the best for you, but I was a bit saddened when I saw you enter into the Phobya contest.

Not to knock that company, but I think your case design is a much higher quality than what their target demographic expects...and plus I think you deserve the rights to it.

Again, I wish the best for you, and if you really want to win then I hope it happens.

I want this case or something of similar design.
I've dabbled in sketchup on a lateral motherboard mounted cube style case almost like the U2 case but with a smaller foot print, just need to find someone that can build it.
I think tall/big cases are going out of style as of late......

Don't worry! I will finish the case with similar design (export to PDF and DXF for cutting, bending, power coating...).
