Thanks !
Really nice, gratz!
I'm interested would it pass some priming or test like: SuperPi 32M while Prime95 running with single thread of large FFTs. If you be so kind and do such a test when boot this settings again :)
I had the same problem with non-plus before I replaced it.
But someone here helped me. I guess it was N-C, but not sure right now, sry xD
Anyway, there are different 1:1 settings, f.e. 400/800 (this was impossible to see even bios-post for me over FSB 410) or 333/667 this one helped in my case - try it.
Btw. anyone succeed with xxx/1006 setting with 10.03? No bios post no matter what I'm trying.
Where can I find 812 for the plus???
i didn't try IBT, afaik it's not that good at testing nb/ram, but i think this will satisfy you:)
1 thread prime large fft plus superpi32m:
start

about half way there

finish
http://img515.imageshack.us/img515/2641/spri3ts8.th.jpghttp://img515.imageshack.us/images/thpix.gif
it took a bit more vtt
while i was at it, i run 3 loops of crysis cpu benchmark (with hd3850 at 918/1062, forgot to start gpuz)
http://img520.imageshack.us/img520/1...scpuqz5.th.jpghttp://img520.imageshack.us/images/thpix.gif
then i played around a bit and got to this:
625x6 validation
superpi 1m at 625x6

always aircooled:D
@ nikk, what OS are you using & how come SG is messed up with a rounded top left edge. If you wanted/made it like that I apologise, if you are on vista & its not displaying correctly I'll probably be able to adjust it so it displays correctly this weekend if I get round to installing Vista.
Oh & nice fsb btw
well now that the 10-03 bios is no longer beta, can anyone speak on the benefits for upgrading from the 8-12 bios?
I'll give you a benefit, your SuperPi times get slower. :p:
Oops, forgot to share here. :p:
In case any of you fans are still interested, I have some early pics of the newly released DFI UT P45-T2RS retail mobo in my VRZ post, enjoy. :)
http://forums.vr-zone.com/showpost.p...2&postcount=18
have this board a few days now, all seem well untill i flashed bios to 10/03, since then, many c1 and resets needed, in the end i get through this.
i've come from ut p35, under dram tab, many options to fine tune memory, on dk p45, under dram tab, only section showing is the memory timings, ie, 5-5-5-15, performane level, act delay, flex mode.
this cant be right ? can anyone confirm if this is correct, am i missing something here or if the flash went wrong ish.
thanks, it had to be something silly :yepp:
Just got it up & running, booted 1st time 1007 BIOS so its a fresh one. BIOS looks just like the DK BIOS.
Made a thread here http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=206048 to chat about it.
CN :)
Sorry for messing with this thread
Hmm 1003 lets me run SuperPI Mod 1.5 1M without crashing at stock settings now on Vista x64 lol. I think they also fixed a problem with NB set to 1.4v causing PCIe not to work and a problem with disabling the JM controller to boot hard disks
EDIT: Take that back SuperPI is crashing on the second iteration now how random
I have the T2RS+ coming in and would like to know which is the best know bios version for highest FSB capability
depends on the cpu, from my experience, you will *probably* have good results on a wolfdale cpu with bios 812
there's a large difference between highest SPi 1M FSB and highest 24/7 FSB
you'll have better results with trying different GTL ratios or voltage combos, than BIOS (that count for anything 725 and newer)
