Go for the Xeon, what do you have to lose? take a chance
Looks like they are OOS on the Xeon....how about ram....what do you think will be the top 3 for this board?
I surely would not stay up tonight looking for the 15th to come around...unless every source I have is absolutely wrong...you will not see an rd600 go up for sale on the 15th...just so you don't stay up for nothing...
RGone...
I'm working so I don't care but thanks for the heads upQuote:

The Nforce chipset alone eats more power than a laptop! Amd really need Ati/Amd chipset to their 4x4. Just think about the current 100W in chipset power consumption.
Its 4am EST no board :( guess I will go play BF2142 for a bit and check it at like 6am then 8am. If not looks like it will be out for my bday Jan 10th :toast:
Excellent. Great to hear from you Tony. Hope this board lives up to expectations. ;)
You tested the clockgen of Franck for RD600 ?Quote:

Just get the cheapest Micron D9 sticks you can find or you could ask Tony later what Ocz sticks he think works best on it. That would be the safest bet. Too bad he must try out that Nforce board so you will have to wait...
no reviews, no boards... what's going on?
I wanted to ask the same question :slap:Quote:

I know the boards bound for the US should arrive very shortly. "

I am starting to debate whether I want this board or not
Why is everyone so held up on only having only 8x PCIe lanes per x16 slot? Hasn't it already been shown not to be a limitation at all? Even with Crossfire setups? And if it is, isn't that only true with older cards that don't have the dual dongle hook up now?
