Does it work to use a regular school pencil?
Man this is just better and better
Canadian tire, look for Window Defroster Repair Kit - It should have conductive ink in it.Quote:

my friend with this mod (1.4v) and a zalman vf700 get 36c idle and full load in Atitool get about 52/53c.
The stock cooler can't handle 1.4v, I'm fairly sure about that.Quote:

Ok, I just noticed the same questions (and anwers)repeated again and again... so I'm going to let you folks in on a little secret.. you CAN scroll back to previous pages where the answers are, and best of all, you dont have to wait for reply ;)
Yes, cmon people..at least try to flip some pages before posting that question...:)
I removed the 5k resistor and placed a 50.9k resistor :).
I've got a problem, i did the Vmod to 1.4V, and above 650Mhz on GPU during the mark it turns into stock 450Mhz, there are no artifacts and no high temp. memory stays on 940Mhz, what is the source of this problem ?
Instead of a conductive pen, couldn't it be done with a thin wire fixed with some electric tape ?
You did the pen-mod one or the hard-mod one ?Quote:

And it can be removed easy ? The idea is that it can be removed easy.
Now i have a new problem still it's above 650Mhz, I tried 660 and 670 in BF2 I've got sth like freeze for like 5sec. I have it only ones during the play, anyone got a idea for it ?
Guys whats the point in getting more than 550 core when in FULL graphics even FEAR gets 70+fps average ?? I mean why void the warranty ?
I went to 550-1600 and i have never seen a game drop bellow 40fps even with everything maxed out..
Just a friendly suggestion, reminder...
Ps : Theres a Hilarious guy that says an 7900GT , GTX ddrs cant go above 2000mhz.....Some people are ATI fanatics all the way.....Burned out...
This is why:
A 7900gt @ 560/825MHz gets only 27FPS in COD 2 and 42FPS on F.E.A.R.
