Very nice and neat. I blamed the molex connectors but it seemd that my 36G Raptor Drives have weak sockets that are quite thin and loose compared to my other 5 drives in my Lian-Li PC-76. I wonder if they make slightly oversized molex connectors?

The front audio connector (J4) on the Karajan Audio Module has 10 pins. The shipped defaults have jumpers on pins 1 & 2 and 5 & 6. Should I leave these as is? Do I need to set other/more jumpers? Seems like I would have to also (or instead?) connect some of the wires from the front jacks to this J4 connector. But I am not sure which wires and whether I have to remove the jumpers? I guess that I am just generally confused about this J4 connector. What tod I do?
I am using the Antec SuperLanboy case. So I have 2 USB and 2 sound-related jacks on the front.
The CD-in connector on the Karajan Audio Module allows for one CD to be plugged in to the module. What do I do if I have 2 CDs and a DVD in my system. How do I get sound to work for the others?
Sadly for me and to reassure you, I haveQuote:

It just won't do Super Pi 32M.
Anyone got a 4000+ for sale or trade for a pair off shoes slightly over used ( oppsss meant overclocked)?
blindbat...lower your multi to x10 and raise fsb/htt to 250-260 range.

Any combinations there off will not allow me to past 2.61, I can run my VX 257 at 2-2-2-5 1T, but forget that gift the cpu will not follow.

I've just dropped my winne yesterday and currently i'm using a newcastle 3500+
:( Can some one tell me what is this  I've set DRAM to 200 in BIOS :(
(with winnie, it is always 248Mhz if HTT is 250)

I guess I could look for used audigy 2 but considering additional airflow blocker that would be I would prefer not to.
About the noise your integrated card is picking up is more situation specific rather than board specific.Quote:

I installed a musketeer and then i had to mount cables from the soundcard to the front and from the front back to the soundcard.
I didnt realize that those cables installed became a noise antenna.
To save both airflow, noise and framerate, buy you´r self an audigy 2NX (external USB 2.0). I did and im happy =)
¿Usb will take more cpu than an internal sound card, won't it?Quote:

I know 3dMark is not the best thing to measure that. Btwm my system perfoms better with an awfull audigy 1 than with karajan sound in 3dmark03 sound tests. It also supports 60 sound test, the other one, does not. It may not be a big deal but I would spend some extra dollars (euros here) in the sound card since it's makes not any difference on the total amount spent on this kind of system. You coluld spend those $$ on the sound card and me, spend them on some english lessons. lol
With my 7 years old set of Philips stereo speakers, I see no reason why I should get a better sound card[lol]
So, I´ve recieved OCZ platinum rev. 2. But I dont think, I will be able to get over 260HTT.
When I asked few people on our Czech Overclocking 4um, I was said, that so high HTT like 340 etc. were achieved with IDE drives, but not if used SATA drives (which I have).
I did not try SATA ports 3 and 4.
Who did get above 270HTT with SATA drive?
Good question. It may be answered somewhere before but after that so many posts and oppinions, I'm a bit confused.
I'm just about to order some Plat rev.2 since the dfi now refuses to boot with the VX ones :( Although after booting, they are 100% stable at 260x10 1:1 2-2-2-5, it's nearly impossible too boot with them, no matter what latency, voltage or frequency. Anyway, I have 2 sata disks and if I will not be able to reach 290-300 htt, I won't get current performance since TCCD latencies will be looser and that's no good
I use SATA port 3 and hit 320HTT. Your buddies are wrong, at least for ports 3 and 4.Quote:

The 260Htt cap was with SATA 1 and 2 was a limitation of the NF3 chipset.Quote:

I believe this is correct, but I have not tried 1 and 2.Quote:

1) Not much cabling has changed if at all other than mobo on all above scenario. It is board specific. Some does better some doesn't.Quote:

Well, HDD pluged to SATA3 and some different BIOS settings and I did get over the 260HTT, testing with SuperPI 280HTT and its rock solid.Quote:

I still have to measure performance diference between both devices.
