hmmm it depends .... with my case (lian li) i can reduce cpu-temp by cooling the space between Motherboard and MB holder/plate (cpu temp is ~4° lower) ... core temp (of course) isn't affected.
so i think you need to know both of them ...

Wich makes it totally useless. Core temp would be more comparable then. Even if its off, its off by the same amount for everyone, right?
Is anyone using an Asus M4A89GTD PRO with their 1055T ? I cant get any higher clocks than turbo mode clocks, any higher and it becomes very unstable , programs crash and graphical corruptions occur often, but it passes LinX and Prime95, how does that work?
Im sure Im just getting a basic bios setting very wrong so if anyone has this mobo and would like to share settings it would be greatly appreciated.

You have to run an 8hrs bench to proove stability.

I'll have to mark you as untested for now. We need eight hours. That's a HUGE SS, btw. :) Kind of looking to get into it myself, but I was thinking more like 1/4 HP. Fortunately my dad is an HVAC guy, so parts shouldn't be too bad. There's a lot of scrapped stuff out behind his shop.
How long did 500 passes take? In any case, I'll need a screenshot of eight hours.

i highly doubt that OCCT tests are 100% stable
on my rig it takes up a mere 1.9gb of RAM in total and temps rarely hit 40C coretemp
LINX with mem set to ALL on the other hand eats up 7.8gb without other tests running; cpu temp is by over 17°C higher and my highest 4hr stable OC is 250 mhz lower (!)

did this while testing the 055 bios, figured no reason not to submit it. but anyways there is a +10c offset I added into the configuration of coretemp to match the cpu temp in bios and other apps.

I will state though to be honest - As bioses have progressed so has the stability of my overclock - it seems to have got worse - Have had to reduce my CPU-NB to 2200Mhz for 24hour prime blend stability.
Currently trying to get 250x16 stable with 2500CPU-NB - wierd that prime seems to stay up well for 6+hours but playing BFBC2 for 10minutes crashes! - working on it and will report back ;)
something I would have found really handy for reference is CPU-NB volts - mine is 1.2v would love to have seen others ;)

I'd run prime for 8 hours but this thing uses over 1.5kilowatts per hour :P, i've got 4.7ghz stable.
For cascade users there should be a exceeption :P, sif be running 300watts of heat into the cascade for 8 hours straight :P, i reckon 1 hour stability test should be valid, cause i can play BC2 at 1980 res with everything on high for 10 hours straight with out a crash or problem.
I must say though, you've done a good job with the charts :)

whats the default CPU-NB vcore of a 1090T ? mine defaults to 1.36v CHIII with 1805 bios ( forget that just noticed it defaulted to 1.15 ish after a reset my bad )

Extra 200Mhz on CPU/NB by upping VDDA to 2.6 and CPU/NB volts to 1.275v - New 24/7 stable overclock :)
Good thing I took the "untested" label to heart: after 50 or so runs of Intel Burn Test, I ran into an error. I dropped the HT Ref by 1 MHz and now have run two nights in a row without error. Here are the final stable settings:

BTW, I tried a 13.5 and 14x multiplier (3.87 and 4.01, respectively) with higher voltages, but I would have taken 1.45 and 1.50 respectively to stabilize, and the power draw/heat increase was too severe. I didn't run full overnight tests at these settings, as it was more just for curiosity's sake.

SergeantNathan, I have no reason to doubt you so I'm going to put you as stable, but do you have a screen shot? I won't be able to leave it that way without the same level of proof I've required of everyone else. Glad to hear it though. :)
