If your looking to build a simple water chiller, then the best system to assemble would be to buy a condenser unit that is rated for the watts you will be cooling and a plate HX. You can find some good deals on Ebay to buy most of your parts. But, even going this route, you need to consider the tools and supplies you need to put the system together. This can be a very expensive hobby and it may be best to have someone build you a system for your needs.

I lost count of how much money I spent since I started building my system. I admit, I've went a little over the top, but its something I enjoy doing.:D

I was thinking of posting all the pics that were lost from the last XS crash....but, I'm not sure if XS is still updating there server. I have new updates....is it safe to post without fear of losing them.:rolleyes:

Why not post them somewhere like Photobucket, and just [IMG] them? If you're really paranoid, you could even backup your post with notepad. Save it as a simple text file then if there is a crash, it's just a matter of copy-and-pasting. ;)

Its safe to post, there are no new databases coming in so were working with what we have ;)

that said its probably good to have a txt doc of your worklog (copy paste before each post) thats what I have started doing for my important stuff.

I've tried to post pictures, but the attachment function will not accept them. I tried URL attachment and nothing works.

I tried imageshack and it still will not accept the URL... if gives invalid error. I can post link to the picture in message box, but cannot attach files. I guess there is nothing more I can do until the problem is corrected. Sorry guys.:shakes:

I just put it in image tags, I'm confused, what exactly is your issue your having?

I still cannot add pictures with URL function. I can attach pictures in message box....but, they are thumbnail size. I have to click on the thumbnail and it takes me to imageshack and then click again to see the picture. I know I'm doing something wrong, because I don't use imageshack. Why, did you guys delete the attachment function to where you could attach photos from my computer....it was so much easier.

add the images to image shack and pick the size and check it in the box and click browse and upload copy the bolded black link that sais DIRECT LINK, Use [ IMG ][ /IMG ] tags and URL in between

I've completed the assembly of the SS and now pressure testing for leaks...so far everything looks good. I'm working on installing the controller for the system and then, I will move to completing the cooling chamber.
