As far as I read, 1.03 is better because you can diable EIST.

Under: frequency/voltage control > power master > normal mode

The ftp-link works perfect for me, but I put the files at my webspace...;)

Finally got AOpen M/B and here is my modPI 1M result under LN2.
A bit of surprise that FSB went up to 280MHz... only could get out 236MHz on air:D

I put myself a question, put a IHS on your cpus with DI/LN2/Caskade ?? , because me i gain only 20mhz between the fsb max air/caskade (T2500/T2600)
I wonder whether with a IHS that would not give a better contact and allows me to more go up

Woops, I forgot to add that I used only graphite sheet without any IHS this time.
Also, the FSB236MHz on air was with the un-modded board & AOpen HSF so may be due to the board limitation not by CPU itself.
Besides, am a very poor OCer on air:D
As we have seen many ES/Boxed CPU goes up to mere 20-30MHz even under extreme cooling, there seems to be some kind of FSB restriction in Yonah CPUs.

Omedetou gozaimasu to CAL930, KUBOKUBO and Fred-san. :thumbsup:

All three were using 2X1GB modules. And both the 1M and 32M records were done with TeamGroup memory. Very interesting.

Thanks - I was stuck on this CPU with 249 on air at first - but cooling and slowly rasing FSB under load helped me nicely. Actually have 2 step 4s that both had the same air 249 FSB limitation and managed to get them to 279/275.

NB+PCI-E = AUTO
VCORE = 1.62V actual
VCCA= stock
Cooling: Single Stage

Tcore is not needed starting with bios 1.03c

And yes vcca mod gives you 2-6fsb more even if you have step 4. I was wondering how high I can go since 2.5V gives 5fsb but 2V gives only 2-3. How about 3V? :D

I've tried myself...... T2600es/T2400retail.
if colder then -33c, bios=125c, then... cannot boot into OS.
if colder than -45c, then... cannot initiate pi testing (not during the pi benching)

Tcore, Vcore, Vdimm and VCCA mods done. CPU temp holding me back I think. Max stable is around 3.4Ghz, anything higher and my temps start to go up. Shame really, looks like I got a 'lucky' chip, maybe will get the Vapo modded.
