Gah, I got a pair of these sticks last friday... everything worked just fine until today.
Hmpf, comp BSOD (mess, pfn_list_corrupt), reboot, same mess again and again and again....
Finally after about one hour of testing (with memtest, since I wasnt welcome into windows anymore boo :\) I found out that one stick is bad. :slapass: :(
*lucky me*
goo
something very strange is happening with me here!!
I just boot my computer with 3-3-2-5 at 245mhz MAX (using Venice 3200+ 1:1), using my opteron 146, i just boot with 3-3-3-5 in 245mhz but i can go to 265mhz using the same 3-3-3-5, run pi32mb, run prime95, but when i turn on some game, sometimes freeze the machine or just reboot.

SomeBody here has some tip to make my times better??
I bough my kit about 2 weeks ago in the uk mine will do 255 @ 2,3,2,5 2.7-8V they max out at 260 3,3,2,5 2.7-8V thats how recent my sticks are :slapass:
wow, 2,3,2,5 @ 255 is impressive :eek:Quote:

when i ordered mine, the 4000's were not in stock but when i went to pick up my 3200-set, suddenly they were ... I took the risk and hopefully, with some more tweaking, i will get them @ 255 1:1 !
write the tweak config what you are using in dfi bios..Quote:

I moved my sticks from the yellow slots to the orange ones, and now they boot at 255, 3-3-2-5 :eh:
Now I just have to decide what divider to use, I guess the divider I use at the moment gives the highest clock speed (238 MHz, stable). Should I try to lower the timings?
Current CPU-Z and A64Tweaker:

Yeah, I was quite impatient with getting the computer up and running, and I've never had a DFI board before, and it said dual-channel when the computer booted, so I thought they were in the right place.Quote:

If i put more here, freeze my system!!
I dunno, I don't suppose it would have anything to do with your 1.232v vcore....Quote:

Mine will do 250 3-3-2-5 @ 2.7v. My cpu isn't stable but I can sp32m, am3, 3dmark03/05 without problem so I know the ram is fine.
well my zx ordered in mid december hit 260 3-3-2 32m stable on my 3800+X2... when i went for 265 the bios on my asrock corrupted....i boot up and its goes right into the bios's troubleshooting screen. so, this sucks basically, i need a new mobo, i hate not being able to set timings in bios anyways... so i guess its not all bad, i just cant afford a dfi right now :(
anyone know anything about hotflashing?
hey odd stuff...
cmos clear didnt fix my bios issue, so i just let it sit because i figured bios was toast... i wait 5 hours, shut off the psu real quick, power it back up, and bam, posting.. wierdest part was that cmos didnt clear... lol

I already test puting more vcore and try to increase the FSB with 2.5-3-2-5 times, but the limit is with this times is 230mhz:(
Hello to all of you experts here... Its my first post so be gentle :P
I like see big skors so i'll just post my results with my 2GBZX kit till now.
All skors shown are Windows memtest, PI and prime stable.

So i guess i got a really paired match :P
If santa existed i'd really need him to get me a dimm to match my good one
What processor/socket are you running? I notice you are running single channel. Good results tho.Quote:

For 260 i need 2,9v, going to test it later.
Yeah, I tried 264 with mine 3-3-2-5 and 3-3-3-6 with up to 2.8v, I can boot but will fail any tests immediately.
