Is your RAM set to 1:1? Try a lower divider. I bet you have it on auto, and if you up the FSB you're overclocking the RAM. The Asus auto function is stupid that way. It takes your default SPD setting (1067) and just ups the RAM too, regardless of the SPD. 1067 is the max for that RAM, you probably can push it a little, but those fast chips are just binned, they are on the edge already. And you can clock to something insane with it at 1:1 or another divider that keeps the ram <= 1067.
