Lol this has to be the first time I've heard of RAM settings being "too relaxed". Though I think I already set my tRFC manually to 52, from this thread, this makes me chuckle.

tRFC 43 is faaaaar from stable. Im testing 62 at the moment. I'm going to die before this is stable at 500x8
E: I cant understand whats wrong with this.. with 2:3 divider my memory works great with same settings. 1:1 NO GO! Whats the problem with the divider?
Edit2: Found Praz 500x8 bios template, little bit adjusting and boom, was 12min orthos stable. Before I could fairly run 1 minute without errors! FATAL ERROR: something like this: rounding was sjsdjfh834384434 supposed to be 3904894854k5j4k5jk54jk54jk. I added one nocht to vNB and to vCore. lets see what happens.
This doesn't make much sense, but the brand new UT P35 I just got already seems to be a better memory overclocker than my LT P35 (which is currently up for auction on eBay).

I'm in the US BTW. The board still seems to be available at a few online shops.
Hey guys trying to get some help wit my settings , id like to get a lil more bandwith out of my ram since i have it pretty much have them dead stock settings i have it set at 9 x 400 giving me a 3600 mhz overclock with tight timings and a 1.1, but i multitask alot with winrar files and see high bandwith helps alot , but soon as i push this ram to 9x450 crashhhh Ive lowered the setting to 5 5 5 15 and still maybe its my ram , anyone got recomended ram that i can push a bit higher thats 2x2 , Anything to push some more performance out of this board !!!!! or maybe that
Searched but didn't find much info about Q9550 w/ this old board.
This E0 quad clocker is limited by it's 8.5x multi, so I need a board that sustains at least 480 - 490 FSB for a quad, preferably 500.
I heard that UD3P is great for 45nm quads, but my past experience with Gigabyte gives me doubt. And yeah, I've been a tweaker since NFII era and I know what I'm doing with every board.
So anyone who KNOWS how this board treats Q9550(E0)/Q9650 please share your insight. I am considering it mainly because of it's digital PWM and tweakability. But if the board doesn't work for Q9550/E0 it's useless to me. Thanks.
dont go over 2.1v all you gonna get is instability
you should be @ trfc of 50
the ut p45 is better for quads
some gettin good results with the ud3p but i would not touch no gigabut board too many faulty boards
and the ud3p is much slower clock for clock;)
I haven't seen many UT P45 make 480+ FSB on Q9550(E0)/Q9650, so that pretty much rules out.
Who says the UT P35 can't play nicely with D9GKX? :D
i really love this board :D

What sticks are you using DJSUB? How much vDIMM for that clock, and is it SuperPi 1M or 32M stable?
I cant find stability  Im really getting pissed of. I have set VTT to 1.260 and GTL are 58/60/62. I cant understand what makes my mem instable when overclocking. When I run default settings and set mem manually to what it should be it works fine. I CANT GET IT STABLE WITH 1:1 divider.... What the heck is wrong with this.... Heres my template:

I only tested those mem settings, as they were what memset tells is in my mems SPD.
E: No luck,:banana::banana::banana: :banana::banana::banana: :banana::banana::banana:. Been adjusting for a couple of hours.... This is really weird. Exactly the same mem settings, only difference is divider, 2:3 to 1:1. 2:3 ran 280% memtest and 1:1 less than 4% and error... This is making me crazy, I can't sleep at nights and i have lost my zest for life ................
^^^ Have you tried clearing your CMOS and trying your settings again? Sometimes that helps.
jokke try 505fsb n give 1.53v to nb
well i just pulled the trigger on one of these boards, couldnt pass it up with the great price at motherboardpro 137$.cant wait till it gets here, this should be fun, getting great bandwidth for once.
