Just found a ICC Profile for my new NEC EA231WMi, and WOW, all colors are so amazing now. I've been using TN-Panel for too long, but finally can see how my pictures really looks like. :) They look real, LOL.

i think the only reason i like this one is because the purple flowers in the background accent the yellow chewed up main flower.

He uses PnS and no matter how highly I value Panasonic PnS, it cant stand even -1eV. :) Plus I doubt it was RAW.Quote:

was using my old 135mm f/2.8 Sears lens, so was very hard to get a clean shot as i was not using live view but it turned out ok
used photoshop burn tool on the upper sky and the dodge tool on the middle cloud and the mon to bring it out a little more.
jpeg compression is killing it though, too much color banding.
have a bunch sent to walgreens to print on cheap paper before i do some nice matte paper.

Just out of curiosity.. do you have some RAW for this lovely moon shot?
mesca, wish i did man, sorry. i dont shoot raw very often because for some reason my PS will BSOD my PC when i mess with RAW files, and yes... i am lazy. i think all i need to do is reinstall it.
i will get you links to the originals, a couple of them to let you choose from and maybe blend together.
here is another one, since it is a new day.
it wasnt my intention to keep the tower when i took the shot but after some auto contrast/color/tone and some increase of the input level on auto levels i like it! burnt the sky a little, dodged the clouds a little and a tiny history brush too.
