ok, thanks, i'll use 55 for my 2gb stick

Look like finally got stable 4203mhz 1.344v in Linpack! Just increased vPLL to 1.54, set GTL 1/2 on 0.630 and now 15 linpack runs fully stable.
Okey friends
my system stability 4420Mhz nicely 7/24
5 Hour Orthos ,2 Hour Prime95 , 4 Hours Game Testing Crysis Play :) dont problem
olala!!!!!! :up::up::up:
Today testing
525*8.5=4460Mhz

I now use the 1702 bios from asus and damn I finally can run my ocz 8000 ddr2 4gb memo in dual channel ^^ But my system aint stable anymore so I had to up my nbv and from the memory, anyone the same problem?
*update*
Well after I run my memory in dual channel there was no stability to be found and before I always had it in single because otherwise my system would not boot. So I set them in single channel agian and everythings is fine. But how much performance loss will I get if I use single channel instead of dual channel?
What is NB clock skew and CPU ckocks skew options?
Hey people
My systems is driving me nuts!:mad:
I have a E8400, Corsair Dominator PC-8500 and P5Q-Deluxe watercooled.
It's the GTL Ref's which is freaking me out when i get one core stable the other isn't, and then i reboot and giving the core that wasn't stable a bit more volt and then there both not stable at all....:(
i have following volt settings:
CPU Voltage: 1,45
CPU GTL Voltage Reference (0/2):
CPU GTL Voltage Reference (1/3):
CPU PLL Voltage: 1,58
FSB Termination Voltage: 1,4
DRAM Voltage: 2,10
NB Voltage: 1,40
NB GTL Reference: 0.595
SBridge Voltage: AUTO
PCIE SATA Voltage: AUTO
I hope someone can help me :)
Plz fill in complete template mate, what are you aiming for 4.5 ? as those are pretty high voltages...
P5Q Dlx template
Im using Ket's 1403 Bios.

Switch to 1406 bios plz ( far better stability ) and change the above settings plz ( do NOT flash with an OC so plz load defaults before flashing )
You are pushing things and then wonder why you cannot get it stable.... first start off with a stable platform and then start to tweak...
KLIM has exact same timing as me...
But i am @ 550 FSB

He got maybe the same ramsubtimings, but that is where it ends, look closer, He uses even another bios...
One thing for sure he overexegerated on the volts... And you cannot just copy and paste ram templates as each mobo/ram kit is different... maybe it works, most probably not...
Look in the bios it tells them like eg 4-5-55-6-5-3-4
@ Kartoff and KLIM Isn't 1.43 and 1.45 bit to high for 24/7? On air...
I use this timings since 4 BIOS releases before...
I dont have problems with temps too and under 100% load my temp is around 56-58 C. Sometimes i get 62C but it is also not a problem...
i have problem whit linpack
p5q del + q9550 all default linpack in level 1 give me error....
but level 2 everythings fine ( oc 4ghz too )
can you help me ?
64 bit or 32bit OS Riokabuto ? all default you mean all settings in bios on AUTO ?
a bit more NB voltage maybe, have you verified with CPU-Z how low ya Vcore drops when linpack is running ?
Hello
I have a P5Q Deluxe Board.
I am running 450x9,Memory at 1080, Aircooling with Noctua NH-U12P,Intel E8400.
Cpu 1.30 Volt in Bios 1.288 in Windows
GTL's in Auto
PLLV 1.52V
FSBTer 1.26V
NB 1.22V
Ram 2,14V
NB GTL Auto
SBridge V 1.10V
Pci Sata 1.50V
15 Passes of IBT OK.
I saw people running Higher FSBTer Voltage is this not dangerous ?
I am using Air Cooling so please tell me which are the Maximum Voltages i can give without problems.
In other places i saw that the Board does a little overvolt,is this solved with the last Bios release ?
Thank you.
Normally with them volts (besides maybe a bit more Vcore and NB voltage ) you can get 8 x 500 stable too... there has been a lot of discussion about degrading cpu's, dying cpu's (only a few so don't be scared)... I think seeing so many users run 1.3+FSB term volts (mostly quad users) and till now noone has complained, the test by benchzowner (high Vcore, PLL and FSB term) : no casualties,... sometimes you can get a bad batch of cpu that just won't cut it...
If you want to be very safe keep FSB term under 1.3, PLL under 1.6 and Vcore under 1.4 and you "should" be fine...
