No new results Fugger? :(
I thought holiday benching, meant thanksgiving holiday
maybe christmas lol?
mans gotta work heh
DFI still hasnt got a bios to support the 570J. I wanted to get benches up for Thanksgiving.
Bad news, hmm, just wanted to order a 3,8E0 with a DFI 875-T, is just the 19 Multi not working, or is the CPU not supported by actual bios?
I have unlocked multiple so I can fire up still, I have not tried with retail cpu to see what happens. With it set on default or 19x multiple the machine will not post.
blegh that stinks.
FUGGER how about ABIT AS8 one?.......
I have one right now infront of me moding it(VERY simple and easy mods)and all I can say is that this mobo is the BEST for LGA775 CPU's and DDR Rams........VERY well filltered for AGP , VCore e.t.c......VTT track(different circuit from the past models - IC7 - ).......I'll put it on tommorow with a P4 3.6GHz CPU and see how it does.........On my opinion this mobo is a winer.......... ;) :)
hipro dont you think the dfi board is better
I haven't seen it that close yet........ :DQuote:

I gave my AS8 to Reggie, it topped out at 5.9Ghz due to lack of vcore.
SO fugger do you think the dfi is better overall.
Yep, I like the DFI 875P-T over the ABit AS8 by far. You need to use 677 selection in bios to get PAT enabled. For very high overclocks you need lower memory ratios
No.......Enabling just Street racer into bios on AS8 , you get the PAT....... ;)Quote:

The only thing I encoded on AS8 is the VCore thing.......When you pick - let's say - 1.3875 , accualy is 1.31Volts and so on.......At it's max 1.7375VCore accualy is 1.58VCore......I'm working on it....... ;)
Well I have heard the AS8 is a nice board but I really like the dfi board after testing it with the 2.8.
I would like to get the 570J but waiting on dfi to get a bios out before plunking down the cash.
What is the highest you have gotten on the as8 hipro.
Still on air with a 3.6GHz Prescott........FULL Moding it...... :DQuote:

Hey pics please since myh DFI doesn't go as high fsb than myh Abit.Quote:

I prefer p5p800 and had to mod the vdrop to make it more stable.
and vdimm mod to overcome the max 2.85 vdimm situation, but unfortunately there is no LM358 on it, I had to choose the Vo= Vdimm direct link.
now I am unhappy of 3.3 rail feeding to dimms, I am now converting the mod to OCZ DDR Boosta :)
On the other hand, dfi 875p-t is my next choice, I will try it also in the following months especially for the PAT subject. :stick:
i think FUGGER can hit 6.7 - 7.0Ghz with a good 570J, might take a few chips to get a good 1 tho, that will beat the japs by miles :D
Jumping the gun a little aren't we? :pQuote:
