Kingston HyperX PC3000

1. stick - KHX3000/512 9905193-023.A01 1387758 2.5V Assy In China - Winbond BH-5 Week 46, Year 03
2. stick - KHX3000/512 9905193-023.A01 1256075 2.5V Assy In USA - Winbond BH-5 Week 27, Year 03

These can do 221MHz Memtest86+ v1.51 stable 2-2-2-11 in dual channel with 2.93V on Abit NF7-S v2.0 CPC on. With CPC off BIOS I can squeeze more 8MHz from them (228MHz) at same voltage.

Side Note: It's strange that these are Prime stable only at 200MHz DC CPC on, no matter what voltage, and Vdd.

I have a big trouble.....

I have to choose from:
2*256 Mushkin level 2
2*256 Khx3500 2.5v
2*256 AData
The price isn't a problem (difference about 20 euro....) This memory are untested and i can't know the week ...Which I choose?.... I need to close SPI1M 267mhz 2-2-2-5 with ddr booster....please give me an help....

Go for the Muskin Level 2.

yepp, id also go for the mushkin black level 2 bh5 :)
those are the latest bh5 sticks and i think mushkin didnt use the normal but improved pcb.

The vdim 3.6~3.65v tested by DMM. Adding more juice will only bring memtest errors. I havent tested with Prime yet but I'll do that later and post the screenies.

cpulloverclock, what vdimm? and yeah, i think the cpu is limiting you knowing your other bh5 ocs this is rather low :D
and can you please check the memory chip week and letter code or use aida32 to see what date the spd was programmed of the corsair memory?

Hi all!

My 256 KVR333 (0245WD&02462D BH-6) is able to do 237 2-2-2 at 2.9V and 255 2-2-2 at 3.3V (tested on Infinity board, memtest86)

I had many BH-X and that Value Ram is one of the best I've ever had :)
