Initial reports show it at around the quality of the TRUE in push-pull configuration. So, if you've already got a TRUE don't bother. If you're new to the game and are looking at heatsinks for a new build it's not a bad option. It'd be priced about the same as the TRUE and some fans and would be a little quieter IMO.
At least with the TRUE in push/pull, you don't have to worry about your pump dying or a leak....

It's the same guy who posted his initial results earlier in the thread but with new info.
I don't see anything in his post that provides information about the H50 bringing in hot air
just some measurements of the exhaust air compared to ambient? that doesn't tell me anything
from my own testing, it's clear the motherboard runs about 4-5 C hotter with the H50 fan(s) used as intake vs exhaust
So no testings on Phenom II? :/
Any idea when we might see some Phenom II data? I don't mean to be impatient but this thread was started a month and a half ago and no reviewers seem to think that AMD needs immediate testing. It seems to be a after thought on most peoples minds. I know we're in the minority but this is a little annoying, the i7 people are also a minority. I would like to thank the testers , and I do appreciate the hard work of some people giving us their time to test this stuff! Just had to get that off my chest.

I'd buy the H50 if i only could place the radiator somewhere on my VF6000BNS case :( Because the thingie thats laced on CPU is very small, exactly where i have the least of space because of the PSU right above it.
I don't think that its performances change too much in push pull WHEN into the case there is already a very good ventilation ;)
Thanks for the review. A suggestion would be to provide real world experience for people who just put the thing together and turn on the computer. No overclocking and no voltage adjustments. This review results will only apply to a small percentage of people who happen to undervolt their computer. Not that this review was tailored for XS but for those of us who crank up the volts this review's importance will be quite limited. Thanks.

Most undervolted DO's kick CO's butt regarding heat output. I ran some 3d benches yesterday on the H50 at 4.4GHz 1.4Vcore set in bios (LLC disabled) with my i950. Didn't budge and all went fine.
You can't expect users or reviewers to prime or linpack their CPU's to death on a WC kit that costs as much as a high end air cooler... If my 950 can prime 4Ghz at 1.2Vcore , why should I do it at 1.3 or even 1.4 ? Because other users got cpu's like that or intend to run them like that ? Don't think so...
This kit is not intended to be used by users that run their 920's daily at 4.4Ghz or beyond. It was designed to be an easy to install, cost/performance effective and zero maintenance kit. Secondly FYI vcore is not immediately related to heat, more Vcore for the same clockspeed (comparing only CO and DO here) doesn't necesarrily reflect in more heat output. My CO's all ran far cooler than this DO with far more volts.
Yes, I totally agree with Leeghoofd. It is absurd to use an higher vcore when you can enjoy lower temperatures but the same stability with undervolt.
@HousERaT: However in some tests (starting from 3,6 GHz) the CPU was not in undervolt ;)
We decided to up the review (see signature), even when lacking the AM2/3 CPU scores ( I borked the motherboard via a bios flash ) Once the RMA is done, I'll retest and post the AMD scores here.
