Why don't use ROG Exchange buddy?...you can search bios profile compatible with your system, dowload and put in use ( check compatibility before )

WTF is that? Sharing preset bioses? What a mad idea, I'm definitely going to give this a go.
:D
I have this issue with saving my bios. I can change everything in the bios, save a profile, load a profile, load preset values but when i press F10 to save and exit it freeze and after 5-10 sec my pc shut down. If i try again i have the same issue, if i let it boot normally it loads win7 and run everything like it should. Any ideas?
Found a new bios 1502 when i was checking Rog Exchange , but right now the link seems broken http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=2151096

hi guys, which's best bios for Maximus V Gene under LN2? i use 1802 but i have some problem....
I have this board...I water cool the vrms (thanks EK), and I water cool the cpu and memory (thanks XSPC...truly the best bang for the buck and very high quality). That said, I have overclocked the 3570k to 4.7GHZ 24/7 stable and the 3770k I have only tried 4.7GHZ thus far (I just got it) but I got it stable at 1.28 V-core my first try. I have had the board for 6-months now and never had a single issue...it's just stable and easy to over-clock, hell the clear CMOS button is easy to hit as it is mounted on the I/O panel. I like the Gene so much I designed and built a fully modular aluminum case for Micro-ATX since I plan on just getting the latest Gene board whenever I upgrade...the case I built will last forever (1/4-20 aluminum knurled thumb screws are used for mounting everything...with the exception of manufacturer tapped m3 and 6/32 screws for the drives, usb-3 i/o, and psu. Sorry, I'm a little to proud of my case...but I love this board, it's constant Bios updates to improve stability and new CPUs, and overall Asus quality and dedication to overclocking enthusiasts...you get it all with this board...and for only @ $200...Wow!
They just released a 1903 bios to update performance/stability.
