Hot damn your good man, very good. I personally can't find large thick condensers to begin with. :(
Very good looking! I think I'm going to try make some myselft but they'll probably look quite bad.. I will have to make the u-bends.
man, that's an hell of a job to make all those brazings. hope it works fine for you.

whole condenser in water(0 air bubles)
leak in your lineset maybe? it does happen
Don't you have a purging setup? Otherwise that condenser's probably ruined on the inside from the brazing.
@MarioMAster I turn off manifold and compressor
@n00b 0f l337 I brazing without purging
:( Oh no. I suggest reading LukeXE's latest single autocascade build in a case. That condenser will definetly need to be cleaned out somewhat before it can be used.
yeeeeah I found hole :banana:

So what are u waiting for . Braze it , or search 4 another :p btw must me very painfull work to rebuild those condensers. :)
I agree too much work for me. Condensors are cheap and I think the time to modify one cost more than a new one.Quote:

maybe cheap, but in Poland hard to found 12cm condenser in a good price :(Quote:

no vinegar !!! unless you clean it out real good after
acid and oil dont mix, they look like nice condensers though
like I said before, acid will lead to compressor death
it corrodes the winding electrical insulation (very thin clear coat)
big condenser is leak free i used that cond in my autocascade ;)
I bought a another condenser (very cheap :D )
