Maybe, maybe not. As I said above, it's up to the CPU. The problem is that you have to overvolt if needed before you do the pinmod, otherwise it won't POST, and clearing CMOS won't help you either. And since we're dealing with LGA you have to use solder or conductive paint for the mod, just not as easy to remove as a wire in a PM socket. But when you've got it right you don't have to bother anymore as long as you don't clear CMOS...:eek:
If it runs 4 GHz at stock Vcore then it's a simple set and forget thing, although I guess they need overvolting. All Intel boards should have plain old FSB jumpers!
