Also the beta versions seem to have some bugs. Maybe there are a few changes to the 7600/7900 that it is having problems with, but that is strange because although the new nvidia's are on 90nm there is not much else that could have changed you would have thought. They have fewer transistors though so maybe there is some underlying issue ?

Beta has been out for quite a while now.
Unwinder promised off.release by the end of this month so he can go to vacation with clear heart :)
I don't think it exists or you would be able to find the beta on the net somewhere.

As previously stated, Unwinder does the RivaTuner development in his spare time. I guess he has had less as of late. His stuff always works, so it is better to wait for the finished item versus a half baked product. As for the timelines, it would be different is this was not a free application. Maybe he should charge a nominal fee.
